This quiet and comfortable condo in Williams AZ is easy to access and newly remodeled. It’s only 60 minutes from the Canyon and a 5 minute walk to the train. It has a large full bathroom, living room and a very well stocked kitchen. All of the towels and linens are high quality and we strive to keep the space as clean as possible.

You will love your time in this one-bedroom condo, it's perfect for your quick getaway or extended stay. It is fully furnished with Ikea couch and bed along with my own pictures of local destinations on the walls.
There is a comfortable couch in the living room and a kitchen with plenty of room to work. The kitchen has lots of great supplies for cooking along with a toaster, coffee make and hot pot. There is a full size gas stove and oven and plenty of cleaning supplies.
The full size bathroom is supplied with soft towels, soap and shampoo.
There is internet in the unit and a Smart TV with YouTube TV to watch local channels and you can bring your log ins for your favorite streaming apps.
There is central heating and a MiniSplit unit for Air Conditioning in the summer months along with a ceiling fan.
We just added a 240V 50amp RV outlet for EV charging. Bring your own cords and park in the EV spot!

You are in a residential neighborhood. The home is less then a half mile from the interstate and about the same to downtown. You can easily walk to the train station in 15-25 minutes.

This space uses a Smart Lock for your enhanced security. Upon booking, expect a message with a link to our rental agreement.

Our cancellation policy states that a 100% refund will be given up to 30 days before arrival, and 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival. Please note that 4% of any cancellation will be withheld to cover credit card processing fees.
