This property is 3 bedrooms and two baths less than a mile from Lake Geneva in beautful Williams Bay. We are up the hill located off Walworth Avenue. We are a short walk to Pier 290, a beautiful restaurant and entertainment area for locals who want the lake life without all the noise and people in nearby towns.

There are three extra queen sized beds in the lower level. This level is unfinished, however, the lower leveldoes have an egress window for safety and escape. The fireplace is not for use.

You can expect to see many types of wildlife right outside your window. So image sitting out on the screened-in porch and seeing the deer walk by. It is from peaceful to plentiful, if you want to take in all the Williams Bay and Lake Geneva has to offer.
