Esta encantadora casa de campo de principios de siglo, de 3 habitaciones y 2 baños, recientemente remodelada, se encuentra en la costa norte del lago Geneva, entre Fontana y Williams Bay. Duerme 8 con un rey, una reina, dos gemelos y un sofá desplegable. La casa tiene una hermosa cocina que está totalmente equipada y un área de comedor con capacidad para 8. Hay una gran sala de estar, un porche cubierto y un patio que es perfecto para el café de la mañana.

Nos complace permitir mascotas y permitirle acoplar su embarcación en el resbalón de nuestra embarcación (ambos por un costo adicional).

Usted tiene acceso exclusivo a uno de nuestros muelles y puede acceder al muelle a través de un corto paseo de 300 pies por nuestro camino de entrada.

The Green House está ubicado justo al lado del campus de George Williams College, por lo que es muy tranquilo, ideal para familias, ¡y un excelente lugar para un momento de relax en el lago Lemán!

Great property in lovely, quiet area

This house was a great base of operations for our family's Summer trip to Lake Geneva. We were within easy distance to everything in the Lake Geneva area, while being able to enjoy the calm and quiet offered by this Williams Bay location. The house was well-equipped and the owner provided fantastic communication and accommodation. Recommend you plan ahead to see about options for bringing a boat and renting the optional slip. The pier access was great, but in retrospect we felt that watercraft (beyond the included single-person kayak) would have enhanced the experience. We found it really cool that the property is adjacent to the sleepy George Williams College campus, nestled in the woods with frequent deer and wild turkey sightings. Very relaxing to return here after a day in downtown Lake Geneva or from boating on the lake. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay!

We celebrated my Mom"s birthday with a girls trip. The stay was perfect for us. Remote, but close to town. A short walk to the lake which had beautiful views. Comfortable and plenty of room and amenities for the 3 of us.

Comfortable and Welcoming

We had a wonderful 11 days staying at the Green House. The house is perfect. It has modern updates, but retains the charm of an old lake house. We loved the screened porch and the large kitchen. We cooked on the grill and sat on the patio. Although you can't see the lake from the rental house, it's a short walk down the hill to the shore path and the pier. We spent most of our days hanging out on the pier and jumping in and out of the water. And in the evening we would take a cocktail down and sit on the shore patio and watch the boats disappear and the lake get calm. We lived on the lake for 50 years. After selling our family home, we started renting 5 years ago. This was by far the most welcoming environment. We hope to be back next summer.

Excellent! Felt like home!

Check in was easy and fast. The house was very cute! Obviously an older home but well maintained and comfortable. One of our party broke their ankle the week before our visit so the full bath with shower on the first floor was a life saver. Newer appliances in the kitchen that all worked well. Very well stocked kitchen with dishes and pans. Beds were very comfortable, fans in the closets if you wanted more breeze. Towels were plentiful and plush. Loved being able to access the lake from their pier. Easy walk down, bit of a hike back up the hill! Matt the owner was very helpful throughout our stay. Answered questions quickly and was a pleasure to deal with. Overall a great stay! Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic house and location

The rental was exactly what we were hoping for. The house was perfect size for our family, had a well equipped kitchen, the beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were clean. Screened in porch was great for relaxing. Access to the pier was perfect. We swam and fished off the pier everyday and enjoyed use of the kayak and other water toys. Matt was responsive to any questions. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay!

We had the best time at The Green house! Needing a change of scenery after being cooped up inside for months during COVID, my family and I rented this home to reconnect and spend quality time together after time apart. The house was perfect for our needs - three bedrooms plus a pullout couch gave us tons of room for three generations and two dogs. The access to the pier was perfect for fishing and swimming and the college campus right across the street made for beautiful morning walks. We ended up being stuck inside for a few days due to rain, but the house had everything we needed to make large meals indoors and keep ourselves entertained. Communication with Matt was great and kids were able to do remote schooling with minimal issue (just had to make sure 7 of us weren't all on wifi at once). Washer and dryer was huge plus. Overall we loved our stay and hope to make it an annual family getaway. Thanks to Matt, Carol and family for having us!

Nice Cottage.

Very clean cottage next to the college campus. I only gave it 4 stars for accuracy of the listing because it seemed as though it was right on the water. It is a steep downhill walk to the water through neighboring property. The older members of our group were not able to make the walk.

Wonderful family stay

Charming cottage on the back portion of a lakefront lot. Easy access to Lake Geneva’s lake front path and our own little pier with kayaks. They even provided us free beach passes for Williams Bay. High end cookware was a welcome surprise for enjoying the kitchen. Matt and Carol couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. I’d highly recommend staying at the green house!

Family vacation

This is the second time my family has rented the green house. We really enjoy the area and how peaceful it is. The family that owns this property are just wonderful. This house has everything you need to have an enjoyable vacation. The dock is perfect for swimming and great fishing. I highly recommend renting this property!

This property is perfect! Everything you need in a lake vacation home. There is a dock available seasonally (just ask if it’s in). 2 full baths. 3 bedrooms. Pull out couch. Plenty of space. Full kitchen. Grill. And all kinds of charm. My favorite part? Love the little screened in porch where I can quietly drink my morning coffee. This was my second year renting this property and I would highly recommend it. The owner is accommodating and very easy to work with. A+++!

'Girlfriend' Weekend

We are a group of 6 longtime friends and we get together for a weekend away every fall. This year we went to Williams Bay and stayed at the "Green House" on Geneva Lake. The house was lovely, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. It was a very short (and hilly) walk to the pier where we spent hours enjoying some beautiful autumn weather. The location was convenient to area restaurants and activities. Thank you to our kind hosts, who were helpful and concerned to make our visit such a fun weekend.

Girls’ reunion

The Green House was the perfect home for five grade school friends to reunite after fifty years. The house is charming, inviting, and comfortable. The location afforded beautiful walks to Williams Bay and the Abbey and a short drive to Lake Geneva shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our get together, and I would definitely recommend the Green House to anyone planning a stay in the area.
