The Space:

Welcome to Wharf 9, a luxurious 3-bedroom waterfront apartment where contemporary comfort meets one of the most spectacular settings in Willemstad.



Located on the third floor of The Wharf’s South Tower, this spacious 170 m² apartment overlooks Curaçao’s historic harbor, the Caribbean Sea, and the colorful architecture of Punda and Otrobanda. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors fill the living area with natural light and open directly onto a spacious covered terrace — the perfect place for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or simply watching the boats pass through the harbor.



The bright open-plan living and dining area is designed for both relaxing and spending time together. At its heart is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances, generous cabinetry, and a large central island, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to dinner at home.



Wharf 9 offers three comfortable bedrooms, all with built-in storage and air-conditioning. The master bedroom features their own private ensuite bathroom, while an additional guest bathrooms provides extra convenience for families and groups.



One of the apartment’s biggest highlights is undoubtedly the covered waterfront terrace. From here, you can enjoy panoramic views across Willemstad, including the iconic Queen Emma Bridge and historic waterfront. Its sunset-facing position makes the terrace particularly special in the late afternoon and evening as the city lights begin to appear across the harbor.



During your stay, you can also enjoy the excellent shared facilities at The Wharf, including the waterfront swimming pool with lounge areas and a modern fitness center. The building offers controlled access and elevator access to the apartment.



Despite the peaceful waterfront setting, you are right in the heart of Willemstad. Punda, the Handelskade, Queen Emma Bridge, restaurants, cafés, shops, museums, and many of the city’s best-known sights are all within walking distance.

Guest Access:

During your stay at Wharf, you’ll have full private access to the entire apartment, including all three bedrooms, bathrooms, the spacious living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and the large covered waterfront terrace.



As our guest, you can also enjoy The Wharf’s shared facilities, including the waterfront swimming pool and fitness centre. The building offers controlled access and an elevator for easy access to the apartment.

The Neighborhood:

The Wharf puts you right in the heart of historic Willemstad, surrounded by some of Curaçao’s most iconic sights, colorful architecture, restaurants, cafés, shops, and cultural attractions.



Willemstad is divided by its natural harbor into two historic districts: Punda and Otrobanda. Connecting them is the famous Queen Emma Bridge, a floating pedestrian bridge and one of Curaçao’s best-known landmarks. From The Wharf, you can explore much of the city on foot, strolling along the waterfront, through Punda’s colorful streets, and across the bridge into Otrobanda.



The historic center is known for its distinctive Dutch-Caribbean architecture and landmarks such as Fort Amsterdam, the Mikvé Israel-Emanuel Synagogue, and the picturesque Handelskade waterfront. In 1997, Willemstad’s historic inner city and harbor were designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.



For those interested in Curaçao’s history and culture, Museum Kurá Hulanda in Otrobanda offers an extensive look at African history, the transatlantic slave trade, and its legacy in the Caribbean and the Americas. The Curaçao Museum is another worthwhile stop, showcasing the island’s history, culture, and art.

Getting Around:

The Wharf is perfectly located for exploring Willemstad on foot. From the apartment, you can easily walk to Punda’s restaurants, cafés, shops, and historic sights, as well as the famous Handelskade and Queen Emma Bridge. Cross the bridge and you’ll find yourself in Otrobanda, while the lively Pietermaai district is also within walking distance.



For exploring the rest of Curaçao, we recommend renting a car. The island’s beaches, nature areas, and attractions are spread out, and having your own transportation gives you the freedom to discover them at your own pace.



Taxis are also available and can be arranged for airport transfers, dinners, or day trips. Our Coral & Coco team is happy to assist with transportation or car rental arrangements during your stay.



With so much of Willemstad right outside your door, you can leave the car behind when exploring the city and use it when you’re ready to discover the rest of the island.

A USD 500 damage deposit is required before arrival. Please note that Coral & Coco is cashless, so you must pay the deposit and any additional payments electronically.



Your stay includes a fair usage allowance of 50 kWh of electricity per day. Normal, responsible use of the apartment and air conditioning should comfortably fall within this allowance. We will charge any additional consumption separately.
