Cozy tropical garden apartment. Centrally located in Saliña, 5 minutes drive from the beach and 10 minutes from downtown Punda. A variety of different shops,restaurants & activities in walking distance. Access to a spacious communal tropical garden with "Skippy" a well adjusted rescue dog. Outdoor living and BBQ area with picnic table. Living room with TV/Netflix. A fully equipped kitchen, and a seperate bedroom with a Queen size double bed and AC. Private bathroom with hot water shower. Water, gas, WiFi and electricity included with regular AC usage (at night).

The property
A private free standing 2 room apartment with direct access to a backyard and communal tropical garden with outdoor living space. Private entrance and free parking on premises. A fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and tools to cook breakfast or a complete homemade meal. Refrigerator with freezer compartment, Microwave oven, Coffeemaker, Sandwich maker, Toaster, Blender, etc. Flat screen Tv with TV channels and Netflix. Fast WiFi connection. Private bathroom with hot water shower. AC in the bedroom with a Queen size bed and linens. Bath towels and Beach Towels. Iron and vacuum cleaner. Private safe. BBQ possibility outside with BBQ utensils.

Guest access
The apartment is located on private property, with on premises parking. The backyard and outdoor living space are part of the communal garden. This space will be shared with the hosts and with the dog "Skippy" and Cat "Pluisje". There are no other apartments or rental units on the same location so it is exclusive and very private.

Other things to note
The rent includes free usage of WiFi with Netflix, Water and Gas. Furthermore we provide electricity inclusive in the rental price, making regular use of the AC for sleeping at night. The apartment has a separate electricity meter. Of course guests are free to use the AC more than just for sleeping, this extra usage will be calculated and will be charged.

When staying for a period longer than a week, the linens and towels will be refreshed by the hosts.
