King sized bed in Master and Queen beds in the spare bedrooms. Can sleep up to six adults . Office desk and computer monitor with charging station are in one of the guest rooms . A Large well stocked Kitchen with all you will need to prepare your gourmet dinners. We have a 4 seater round table in the kitchen or the dining room tables seats 6. The living room and kitchen have a great view of the water that is breathtaking during Sunrise and Sunset! Enjoy the back patio with fire pit and dining table that seats 6. We have a Weber grill for your Barbecuing needs. We have furnished the house in the upmost comfort and style. Close to Everglades and Aviary Recreation centers and 4 pools. We are also close to Brownwood Square and shopping and dining areas are just a short golf cart ride away ! We also provide you with a 4 person golf cart for your enjoyment. You can explore so many wonders of The Villages and find out what makes it so special. This house is one of a kind. Great house
My sisters and I stay here every year for our get together. The house is perfect with the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Location is great with the golf cart. Super clean and the host James is great. Always available for questions and quick to respond. Love this house.

Wonderful home away from home.
My sister and I drove our 82-year-old parents to Florida to visit relatives. The minute we walked in the door, my parents were blown away by the property. They loved how comfortable and clean the home is and the screened-in porch with views of the large pond. We even had a visit from a group of Sandhill Cranes one morning while sipping coffee. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare meals and the huge walk-in shower in the master bath was perfect for my Dad who sometimes has trouble getting around. The furniture and beds were very comfortable as well. I can't say enough good things about this house. James, the owner is a wonderful host and responds quickly to messages. Stay here if you're planning a trip to The Villages, you won't regret it!

Family Vacation
We were visiting some friends in The Villages besides going deep sea fishing over at Daytona.. Then went to the Gulf side also. Great place to be in the middle to both sides. Then all the things you can do there I. The villages! The house and set up was fantastic!!! Enjoyed every minute!!

Amazing Stay
The property is gorgeous. Beautifully finished. Beds super comfortable and very high quality. Lovely bathrooms, kitchen huge and fully equipped. The outside are is awesome. Find cart was brilliant to have to explore on. This is by far the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. We came for a volleyball tournament over Memorial weekend in Tavares and whilst we were there the guys played golf! So many courses to choose from and pools and tennis!! We even got to Disney Spring one afternoon, it was only 1hr away. Thank you so much James for making our time in Florida with our parents so great.

Beautiful Waterfront Home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house itself was clean, well appointed and had everything you needed. The location is close to lots of activities and the provided golf cart was nice to take advantage of. I spent every morning and night on the lanai. James was extremely helpful and a great host. Loved our stay!

Beautiful Home & Great Location!
This home is beautiful and was perfect for our family stay in the villages. It is closely located to an adult pool and family pool and a short golf cart ride to Sawgrass. The home had everything we needed and comfortable in every way! Having morning coffee on the lanai with the water view was a perfect start to each day! The nearby walking trails were an added bonus! Would stay again without hesitation!

Amazing home. Wonderful vacation
This vacation was amazing. The home came with a beautiful lanai overlooking a small lake with palm trees and beautiful sunrises every morning. The lanai was complete with 2 comfortable tables, one being a fire table which was so inviting at night. The home was complete with everything we could possibly need and more, We were very close to Sawgrass Grove with restaurants and entertainment very night. The golf cart was so much fun and even our dog went for a ride. Our hosts James and Holly were great people and got back to us immediately. Great vacation getaway!
Loved the house! The space was nicely furnished and included everything needed. Enjoyed the 4-person golf cart and the close proximity to Sawgrass and the grocery store. The walking path just north of the subdivision's postal center/pool was the perfect place to take our little pug on a daily walk! The nicest and best feature of this home is the lanai overlooking the pond, where we saw lots of bird, ducks, and turtles. Highly recommend this property!

Paradise in The Villages

Wonderful vacation home
Thank you James for sharing your house with us! You have a beautiful house in a friendly village (as we met the next door neighbor). All of the necessities that you provided were much appreciated. The golf “car” for 4 (all facing forward) was a definite bonus for our family as we rode around everyday checking out all the villages and new builds. The location near a pool was fantastic as it was real feel of 116* most of our trip. Being near Sawgrass square was great for good food and nightly entertainment. We hope to come back and enjoy your house again!

A Gem
This is our second year in this gem of a home. The Hawkins home is a relaxing place to stay in The Villages. Close to Sawgrass for fun, entertainment, and food. The house is inviting and has everything to offer including a golf cart. We enjoy the evenings just sitting on the lani while talking about our day and planning our next day activity.
