Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to kickstart your stay. This is placed in the condo prior to your arrival.

Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters and pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen package onto your reservation for an additional price

Beach Gear & Other Essentials: We can arrange for the delivery of beach chairs, umbrellas, cribs, and other items prior to your arrival.

Parking: Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the church lot next door.

Parking Policies: Guests must park only in the lane closest to the Sunflower Beach Club and display the provided parking hang tag on the rearview mirror. If the designated lane is temporarily full due to Mass, please wait until the service has ended (typically within approximately one hour) and move your vehicle to the designated lane as soon as a space becomes available. If parking tag is not left the unit for the next guest there is a $100 fine that will be charged.

Comfort and Convenience: This studio condo offers a functional layout designed to accommodate up to four guests. The open sleeping area provides a comfortable space to relax after a day at the beach, complete with a smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi.

It includes a refrigerator and microwave. Guests can dine indoors or step outside to the patio or balcony for fresh air. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, a communal washer and dryer, and access to a shared outdoor pool for added convenience.

Non-Smoking Policy: This is a non-smoking property. A $500 fee will apply for violations.

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.
