Fun in the sun right in the heart of Wildwood, NJ! Located just 2.5 blocks from the boards and beach. This spacious 1,750 sq. ft. open concept condo is an ideal place for your summer vacation. Great retreat for couples and family-friendly. We make every effort to provide our guests with all the comforts and amenities of home without all the hassle! Cathedral ceilings in living and dining areas allow for full sun with lots of light. It includes both a front and rear balcony with outdoor seating for relaxing outside and enjoying the summer breezes. There is a fantastic view of the Friday night fireworks from the rear balcony! Fireworks begin Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend.

The unit has three bedrooms that sleep 8 guests comfortably, two full baths, hardwood floors throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for twelve, central air, ceiling fans, private laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, portable crip and highchair, in-house safe, free Wi-Fi, beach chairs, and an on-site locked garage with two dedicated spaces for free off-street parking. Free on-street parking is available for additional vehicles.

Most linens (bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels & beach towels) are the responsibility of the guest to bring from home and mandatory to help us preserve the life of the anti-microbial & allergen free mattress and pillow protectors. Two pillows per guest and a light quilt on each bed are provided at no additional cost. Enhanced cleaning practices are implemented at this property as outlined by the CDC.

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. Travelers who cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in will get back 50% of the amount they've paid. However, we know these are uncertain times and we will make every effort to work with you if the unexpected does occur at the last minute. If we can rebook your week, you will receive a full refund minus a $100.00 administrative fee.
