  • Adorable Patio Villa in a prime location. Located in the heart of The Villages, one mile from Brownwood Town Square-very close to Eisenhower Regional Rec Center, Manatee family pool and Hillsboro adult pool; Many activities at the pools and rec ctrs including pool tables, horseshoes, pickleball courts, bocce, shuffleboard and many more activities. Many options for golf, food, and entertainment.

    Complete with linens, washer/dryer, kitchen equipment, wifi, patio furniture, screened in lanai, free guest passes, optional golf passes (fee), and use of a new 4 person electric golf cart. (No more messing with gas- We have never had any issues with our golf cart due to its wonderful lithium battery however we do have a towing subscription for your peace of mind). bedroom, 2 bathrooms with king bed in master and twin beds in second bedroom.

    You wont find a more active and responsive host ! We go beyond to make sure your vacation is relaxing with no stress. Your comfort, relaxation and fun is of utmost importance to us. Don't waste time with management companies who are concerned about the dollar.

The villa was just as described. It was clean and provided everything we needed for our stay, including the golf cart which was a very smooth ride. Communication with the owner was great, very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The owner couldn't be more pleasant to work with. Super accommodating and prompt on responding as well. The house is a 2 bedroom, clean villa with a fully equipped kitchen for those of us that miss home cooking while on vacation. The two bedrooms are very clean and complete with all bedding. Access to several pools and close access to Brownwood Square. The golf cart was very enjoyable for close by trips to the pool.

We had a good time visiting family. The location was very nice and convenient for us to get around and visit other relatives. The owners were easy to work with and accommodating. The golf cart that was included was very nice to use. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

My wife and I we rented 3 houses before that one that the best the location is perfect the house very comfortable next time we will rent this house again if still open now we found the right one thank you Diane and Dennis very nice manager

Excellent communication, clean and great location. Was easy to get to Brownwood and Lake Sumter Squares. And the guest passes given by the owner were much appreciated, we used them to swim at the Manatee family pool. Would highly recommend this properly!

Hillsboro 2 bedroom Stay

House was immaculate and just as pictured and described. Kitchen was well equipped also. Enjoyed the use of the Golf Cart. Adult only pool is quick golf cart ride and the Eisenhower Rec Center and Brownwood Square are also nearby and easy to get to in the Golf Cart. Wonderful location and stay.

Quick Getaway

The house was perfect! Great location. Clean, homey and comfortable. Golf cart was a plus. Diane was always available to answer any questions - she was on a cruise too! I am so glad I picked this home and will hopefully get to visit again soon!

We were very pleased that everything was as it was represented to us. Enjoyed everything including the golf cart, and its closeness to the activities at Brownwood that we like to attend when visiting The Villages. Would highly recommend it to others.
