Modern 3 bed/2bath condo with large wrap around deck to enjoy the beautiful breezy nights and morning coffee. Condo offers plenty of windows to allow natural light through. Living room transitions into large kitchen. Master suite has trundle bed and private full bathroom, second bedroom has full size bed with large closet, third bedroom has two full size bunk beds with singles on top (sleeps 6), Condo offers a second full bathroom, TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED, laundry room with full size washer & dryer, central AC & Heat to keep condo comfortable for large groups of 10-12. There are TWO PARKING SPOTS; you won't have to move your cars during your stay. Easily walk 2 blocks to beach, boardwalk, mini-golf, aquarium, convention center, free live concerts, water parks, rides, fabulous restaurants, Fox Park, indoor pool nearby if it rains during your stay and more....
Condo is cable ready with 4 flat screen tv's (one per bedroom and one in living room), coffee maker, 4 ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer dryer, plenty of closet space, fireplace, iron, hair dryer, x-box, blu-ray /DVD player, wifi, desk/work area, ethernet connection, family friendly and large kitchen to cook your own meals. We rent to renters 25 years old and older.
Walmart, Shop Rite, Buffet, Movie Theatre, Starbucks are a 7-10 minute drive away.
Many restaurants, diners and bars within a short walk of 1 to 5 minutes from condo
Atlantic City is about a 40 minute drive.

Great location - very responsive owner.

The unit is as pictured. Any issues that exist are very minor and when shared with the owner he was aware and planning to address. The unit had not been cleaned when we arrived - no fault of the owner as the scheduled cleaning crew was running behind. The owner had them there within 10 minutes of hearing from us and it was cleaned to perfection. He was deeply apologetic and very gracious. The condo is spacious and cozy. We all slept like babies. You can walk to so many things. We’d def rent again! Be sure to hit Duffinetti’s across the street for dinner. The owner is adorable and the food is fantastic!

Great location and clean Place

This place was great. Besides my wife and I we had 6 teenage girls and it was perfect, great location with many nearby restaurants. Girls walked up to the beach and boardwalk everyday. The place was really clean and had everything we needed to cook meals and do laundry.

Very Nice Condo

The property is exactly how pictured. We did have a bit of a issue getting the code to get in but it was quickly resolved. We might of had that issue because we were there during the blackout. When electricity was out on the whole island! William was very kind and communicated with us during that time. Thankfully we were one of the lucky ones who’s electric came back within 8 hours. We would definitely stay here again. Good location and great deck we could all hang out on! Only thing we would have like to have is a place to rinse ourselves and stuff off when coming back from the beach.

Perfect!

We came to Wildwood for a short weekend and were beyond impressed with this property! The location, cleanliness, and spaciousness of the condo were key. There were little details that enhanced our stay like labeled light switches, a well-stocked kitchen and efficient bed arrangement. It was centrally located to the Convention Center where our event was located. We had plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 kids. William was extremely responsive before and throughout our stay. We appreciated his communication. Caution: The parking lot at the condo was a bit tight so you have to dust off some drivers ed skills. We enjoyed the town of Wildwood and also enjoyed the kite festival and craft fair! We would happily return.

Great stay!

Would 100% stay again. Property was great, very clean and updated. Maybe a 4 minute walk to the beach/ boardwalk from the condo( that’s with me lugging a beach cart and a kid on shoulders). Multiple restaurants and liquor stores in walking distance.

Jeep Invasion

This was our 1st time at Wildwood, we went for the Jeep Invasion. The condo was almost exactly as pictured. We were not aware that there was not an elevator, so it was a pain to carry all of our luggage and coolers up 2 flights of stairs. The parking is tight, but there is at least 2 spots. The upstairs tenants/owner kept emptying his dogs baby pool over the balcony, all over my vehicle that had no doors or roof. The floors/walls are very thin or the upstairs tenants were exceptionally loud as it sounded like they were having roller skate/blade races all night long...every night! As far as the condo itself, it was clean for the most part, the floor felt as if you were walking on sand constantly. We would book here again.

Great Visit

Great location

Rented the condo while attending Barefoot Country Festival. Condo was within easy walking distance to the event. There was plenty of room for my nine family members. Condo was clean and well supplied. Would definitely rent again

Great place

Place was very nice. We arrived to find the beds had been slept in so had to wash the sheets but apart from that, the place was extremely tidy. Easy walking distance to restaurants and the boardwalk. Would stay again. Thanks william
