Location Location Location

Brand Designer Home in the newly opened Village of Richmond. Three bed/two bath fully furnished home with screened lanai and two car garage.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need. Keurig coffee maker. Plenty of cabinet and counter space, 4 burner gas stove, refrigerator with water/ice in the door, dishwasher, built in microwave and huge pantry along with a utility closet with washer and gas dryer. The master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed, dresser, matching nightstands with lamps, smart TV, walk in shower, dual sinks and two large walk-in closets.

The guest bedroom has a King size bed, smart TV, nightstands with lamp, dresser and ample closet space. The second bathroom is adjacent with pocket door for ensuite with a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom has queen bed, nightstand with lamp and ample closet.

A short walk to the just opened Clarendon Recreation Center where you'll find pickleball, bocce, corn toss, all-ages family pool, a walking path with exercise equipment, platform tennis, tennis, shuffleboard and beach tennis/volleyball. The Richmond Recreation Center is equally close (and new) and offers an adult pool, dog park and more.

Walk on over to the newly opened Richmond Pitch and Putt course and practice your swing.

The Village of Richmond is conveniently located near Paddock Square/Brownwood and the newly built Sawgrass Grove, don't miss the butcher shop and Darlin's for dessert. The Lake Okahumpka Recreation Center is also open now. It features some of the most breathtaking view in The Villages from the boardwalk where you can kayak, hike or just relax by the fire pit. You will also find vintage video games, darts, table shuffleboard and an amazing array of crafting options there as well.

FL trip

Home is lovely, clean, with many amenities that were an added comfort, like coffee, sugar, paper towels, ziplocks, tissue and trash bags. We brought our groceries in and lived a relaxing life. Even road bicycles and drove the golf cart. Wonderful!!

Great location for enjoying the Villages experience.

The house was very convenient to the Brownwood Center and the Richmond recreation facilities. Had outstanding support and communication with the host. Insured all needs were met. Will differently plan on returning.

My family members certainly did enjoy staying at "Location, Location, Location" for our time together at Christmas. Communication and information with host was terrific. The house is very comfortable and a great base for visiting The Villages and the surrounding area. Thanks!!!

Pickleball Friends

We were a group of four women that came to the Villages for three nights to play pickleball, shop and dine. The property was everything we were looking for...clean, well equipped, updated, comfortable, great location and a golf cart for four. And, the hosts were easy to communicate with. We are all in agreement that we wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again and would absolutely recommend it to anyone else!!

Great Stay!

We stayed for a long weekend to visit family. The house was equipped with everything we needed and would be great for longer stays too. We plan on staying here again in the future. It’s close to the square and the pool and the hosts were extremely helpful with any questions we had or any help that we needed. It was the perfect place to stay for our first time visiting the villages!

Great location in the Villages

We loved our stay here, the house is new, great location, beautiful and so comfortable! Lots of dishes, glassware,& kitchen equipment to use. Golf cart and bikes to use to get around. Enjoyed all the activities and then could relax in the Lani! Our host was very helpful and responsive with any needs. Would definitely stay with them again and look forward to being back at the Villages!

Premiere Property in The Villages

This home is new and furnished beautifully. Included with the rental were a new golf cart and 3 bikes. The location is convenient to a family pool, and the multi-modal trail. Nearby is Brownwood Town Square, Sawgrass Square and Edna's on the Green. These are great venues for music and food. If one wants to explore outside of The Villages, it's an easy trip to the big theme parks in Orlando, or water activities in Ocala, and Crystal River. The owner is very responsive. I give this rental a true 5-Star rating!
