Fully Furnished Brand New Villa in Village of St. Catherine's with Cart

Fully furnished brand new villa in a new exciting area within walking distance to the pool and the new Ezzell Recreation Center. The bright and airy, yet cozy interior will make you feel right at home and the open floor plan is perfect for those seeking convenience.

The master bath comes with a walk-in closet and walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. The kitchen provides plenty of cabinet storage space along with a nice sized pantry closet. The living room sofa is a sleeper in case you have family visiting. There is a 55-inch TV in the living room and each bedroom has its own TV. The 400-MB internet ensures hassle-free access.

The garage has parking for both a car and a golf cart. The gas cart is included in the rental. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy meeting the residents in this friendly neighborhood where there are ongoing activities to meet up during the week. The Aviary Recreation Center is just a mile away and has a family pool for children and young people. The Publix grocery store is just five minutes away and Brownwood is just ten minutes away.

Landscaping is professionally maintained and the grass is mowed weekly. Come and enjoy our newly installed lanai at the front porch.

Perfect Location

We have visited The Villages every March for the past 4 years. We’ve stayed in various homes in various “Villages” and this location and home has been our favorite. Wonderful location, lovely home and extremely efficient host. We booked this home again for March 2026, as soon as we unpacked for this year’s stay.

My stay at The Villages

Our stay at this villa was excellent. Very clean, spacious and just as the pictures show. Hosts were easy to get a hold of and answered questions. The adult pool to use was just at the end of the street and the “Sawgrass Square” with live music and food just a short walk away. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Better than a hotel

We were looking for a place to stay at hotel prices that gave us more room to spread out and this place is perfect for 2-4 people. We agree with other reviews that the place is well equipped for a rental unit. Pickleball was important to us and the courts are within walking distance. From what other people told us, the courts are one of the better places to play in the Villages.

Wonderful stay!

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights while visiting my parents who live in St Catherine. We had a wonderful stay. Everything was exactly as listed and exceeded expectations. We had plenty of space, the home is furnished with everything you can think of, and is very comfortable. Host was wonderful as well. Very quick with communication and happy to help with anything. We loved our stay and will be back!

Wonderful

Perfect for up to 6. Location was great. Decor was charming. Just overall perfect for our needs for 3 friends visiting other friends and checking out the Village lifestyle but great for a family also. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in the home and will be back if this rental is available !

Great place, great location!

We really enjoy our stay here. Close to Sawgrass. Golf Cart makes it easy to get to other places. Always clean and well kept. Just bummed Hurricane Milton cut our trip short. Highly recommend this listing!

My wife and I stayed for 3 days and the house was a pleasure to stay in. The included golf cart was a great bonus. Communication with Fred was awesome. Would highly recommend and would stay there again except we bought a house while we’re down there.

Friends Get Together at the Villages

Our friends retired to The Villages about 2 years ago. My wife and I plus another couple visited the retirees, and enjoyed our time at this home. It's perfectly located & well appointed. Pool within walking distance.

Great Location

The house is in a great location with many amenities close by! The house was very clean and beds comfortable for our stay. Fred was extremely responsive to any questions or assistance we needed. We would certainly come back to stay here again in the future.

Highly Recommended

This property is well situated in The Villages and just down the street from the Sawgrass Square, and an easy golf cart drive to The Brownwood and Lake Sumter Landing town squares. There are two large Publix Supermarkets close by as well as other shopping and dining opportunities in the town squares. The property is well maintained and was a pleasure to stay at for the week we were there. When we texted to property owners with any questions we had, they were very prompt in their response
