A single-story home in one of The Villages' newest southern neighborhoods, thoughtfully furnished with a relaxed coastal feel. The open-concept great room connects a living area with smart TV, a dining table for four, and a full kitchen with stainless gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and a stocked coffee bar. Vaulted ceilings and lighted ceiling fans run throughout. Two bedrooms each have their own smart TV — the primary opens to the great room and has an ensuite with double vanity and walk-in shower, plus a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom is coastal-themed with a full guest bath nearby. Out back, a covered lanai and open patio look over green space with no rear neighbors. In-unit washer and dryer, and a 4-seater golf cart included.

Guests have the entire home to themselves, including the private driveway, the attached garage space, the covered lanai and back patio, and the included 4-seater golf cart. The full kitchen, laundry, both bedrooms, and both bathrooms are all yours for the stay. The home sits in a golf-cart-friendly Villages community with easy access to shops, dining, recreation, and pools.

No pool or hot tub on-site; community pools and recreation are a short golf-cart ride away. The included Evolution electric 4-seater golf cart requires a valid driver's license to operate. A $50 resident/lifestyle ID fee applies. No security deposit. Please treat the home and neighbors with care — this is a quiet residential community. Security: there is one exterior security camera mounted at the front entry, facing the driveway and street. It does not cover the lanai, the backyard, or any interior space.
