Great location! Walking distance to boardwalk. Spacious & open floor plan for kitchen/dining room/living room. The beds are comfortable and the linens cozy. There are many great amenities with this rental and I highly recommend it for families planning a Wildwood beach getaway! Excellent Host!!!

We loved staying here! The location was perfect and everything we needed was there for cooking and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

great location, and well maintained property. listing advertised as it looked, having beach gear/wagons available was great with kids so we didn’t have to haul extras! Be wary, fireworks are LOUD if you have sound sensitive kids, but there is a really neat view from the porch! lots of food in walkable distance, and space for everyone! A weird perk: impressive water heater, after loads of laundry and 6 showers, we never ran out!

This was our second time staying at Tom's place! We all had a great time. Unit is very well stocked. The queen bunk beds were amazing for the teens and the garage set up was great (it rained most of our trip.) Tom is very quick to respond to any issues. We had another great Memorial Day Weekend at the shore.

My family and I had a wonderful time here! The place was beautiful! Very spacious! I loved the outdoor deck area and the location was perfect! Only 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk so were able to walk there everyday. There is also a bunch of beach supplies you could use which made things very helpful. The best was the wagon to carry your supplies. It worked great in the sand and made things much easier I really had no need to get in touch with Thomas while we were there since there were no issues but leading up to the trip he always responded quickly. I’ve stayed in Wildwood a few times and I have to say this was the best place so far and I would definitely recommend.

Great stay- Had everything we needed!

We had such a great stay! The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. Tom was incredibly easy to communicate with and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Thank you for providing such a clean, comfortable space! We’d absolutely stay again!

Went as a family for a last minute trip. The unit was clean and spacious, located very close to the boardwalk(but just far enough so it’s still quiet at night). The owner was very responsive and courteous, we had a great time!

We had a great time for our first family vacation. Great location, and easy to get everywhere. It was convenient having linens and towels there. Kitchen was well stocked. The owners were very easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. They were were very helpful and friendly.

Spacious and clean apartment with convenient parking in a good location where we felt safe walking back from the boardwalk late at night. Comfortable beds. Good quality linens. Large newer washer and dryer were a big plus to keep fresh towels.
