  • This second floor condominium is over 1600 square feet of generous living space and is one of the largest residences in the building. This home looks like a brand new showplace with an unmatched attention to detail. There is a master suite, junior suite, two additional bedrooms and a large full bathroom just off the hall. The gourmet kitchen features a tiled floor, plenty of cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a custom tile back splash, and ample over head lighting with custom pendants above the bar area. The dining area comfortable seats eight. 2”custom wood blinds are featured on the windows and there is a fireplace for those cozy winter nights at the shore. This room is very bright because it is on the west end and has large windows offering an expansive Westerly and Southern view.

    The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths). Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Additional Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Bed Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Linens.

    VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

    The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

We really like this property. Well maintained. Good location. Far enough away from the boardwalk but still an easy walk when you want nightlife. Umbrellas at the pool were a nice addition this year.

If only it was quiet!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we rented was beautiful, spacious and a great location. The owner and realtor were helpful and responsive. However, we would not rent that unit again because there were extremely loud people right above us that kept us awake two nights. Turned out it was the daughters of the person who owned that unit (not our landlord). We almost had to leave when we found out they would be leaving the next day. We also talked to some other renters who had similar problems with their units. The Crest has always been family oriented so we're not sure if this has changed. It was not the fault of our landlord, but unfortunately we would not choose to go back for this reason. When I say all night, I mean from 11:30 pm to about 4AM. Kept everyone in the family awake.

First time renting a condo - it was GREAT!!!!

Unit was clean and kitchen well-stocked. Love the location close to the beach and enjoyed watching pickleball every morning. Powers Group was quick to answer any questions. They informed us the day before arrival that, unfortunately, the elevator was out of order and would be fixed as soon as possible. That was a little inconvenient, but we managed the stairs for a few days. Loved having the storage unit to put our beach things away each day. Definitely staying here again next year!

A very nice location

A very nice location and wonderful facilities. The apartment was spacious and worked well for our growing family. We were disappointed that we had to clean when we arrived. Late August rentals should be just as clean as Memorial Day. The pool was very nice and the beach was perfect. Loved Wildwood Crest!

Very nice

We enjoyed the condo very much. It was very roomy for 7 of us. Its just a short walk to the beach and restaurants etc are very accessible. I would highly recommend it!

I recommend...

If you are planning a stay in Wildwood Crest, I recommend this property. I have been renting vacation condos for many years, and this is one of the best that I have used. The description and pictures are very accurate. It was spacious, full of sunshine and comfortable. The beach is a very short walk and there is a view of the ocean from the balcony. The outdoor area was excellent with a large pool, shower, hot tub and new gas grills. Many local restaurants and attractions are within walking distance or a short drive.
