3000 sq.ft. 5 BR luxury townhouse (on the 3rd and 4th floors) is ideal for multiple families! The townhouse features five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, large first level living area, large open kitchen area with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Each level has its own large deck overlooking the pool and the ocean. First level bedrooms are one bedroom room with 2 twins, and another bedroom with a king. First level full bathroom. Second level has 3 large bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and a full private bathroom. An additional full bathroom connects to the hallway and to a large bedroom with 2 twin beds. We also have another room with a king bed. The last room on the second level works as an additional sitting room; wet bar complete with sink, refrigerator, and wine cooler. Lovingly and professionally decorated! More than meets the eye!

The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

Great find!!

This was a great place to stay for 3 families. We were 6 adults and 6 kids. It was comfortable and spacious at a fair price. Great views from all areas of the condo/townhouse!

Wonderful week

The house was large and clean, perfect for our family and both set of grandparents. The views of the ocean from the kitchen are so nice! The group who manages the property was quick and friendly. We actually broke something by accident and reported it right away they were there the next day to fix it. We had everything we needed! Only part I wish was better was the dollies in the parking garage, there were only 2 and 1 had 2 flat tires making it very hard to bring things up the elevator at check in, and we couldnt find one for check out. We would definitely stay again!

1. Discrepancy between bed types on VRBO vs write-up, no response to email when inquiring about it, resulted in wrong sheet sizes. 2. Wi-fi password was listed incorrectly and multiple networks and passwords were listed, had to call to resolve 3. Advertised pool which was not open upon check-in, had to call realtor who sent me to the elevator for the maintenance phone number, made another call to maintenance which was not answered, received returned call which told us to send the kids to the "big" pool down the street (the ocean). And that was all Day 1. Would not rent again

5 night getaway

Nice unit, very roomy, comfortable, and we'll stocked kitchen. Pretty clean...some things missed when cleaned- lint ball on dryer, coffee grounds in cabinet, vomit spots on hallway wall. going into a king bedroom upstairs, otherwise very clean bathrooms and kitchen.

UNPROFESSIONAL Property Manager and Building Manager

We were excited for our stay with friends and family. First there was a problem with me parking into designated parking spot due to an oversized truck therefore it was impossible to park under the building. I emailed and texted Richard Roach whom pretty much said there’s nothing he can do. According to my lease I was entitled to that spot. Ok - so I parked on the streets and paid. They were unwilling to even compensate for that too or to accommodate another empty spot. Then there was the building manager - an older lady - who came down to the pool yelling at the kids, saying they were too loud and too much splashing. There was also a gas leak and the manager tried to dismiss it until other tenants called 911. Fire and police arrived and found a gas leak. We were out all day to avoid the strong gas odor. On the day of our departure, the older lady bursted into our unit, as we were packing, screaming and yelling profanities at us. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable!! After we left, 3 days later they charged our credit card an additional few hundreds for cleaning. They stated it was messy, filthy etc.. all of which were untrue. Then Roach decided in his last email to be even more condescending and unprofessional stating more lies and stating there were over 18pp in the unit etc.. These ppl will lie and say whatever to get extra $! Please look up Richard Roach’s reviews. Wish I did before all this. We had such an awful experience here on this trip! I will never trust to rent here again. One Powers Group, KW agency and Richard Roach - awful to deal with.

FAMILY VACATION

Property was great. Had plenty of room for 4 grandkids all under age 8 and 8 adults. Had some rain so had a blanket fort in the living room one day. Had trouble with the lock on the door the first day, but it was replaced with a new lock on Monday. There was a storage unit that we never got a key to. We were'nt sure if we were supposed to have access to it or not. Kitchen could have used a few more larger pots for making meals for that large of a group. The microwave should be replaced -- the control panel was wobbled--I don't know how else to explain it, but it was loose & moved as you tried to use it. We would definitely consider this unit in the future. It is a hike to the Wildwood boardwalk so for the little kids it was a little too much, but not much was open due to covid. And we didn't get to use the pool because the governor didn't allow them to open yet.

Great space

We really enjoyed the space this unit offers. There are actually King beds in 3 of the rooms which is great! The pool is on the perfect side if the building for sun all day.

Beautiful unit! Perfect for large families and kids!

The unit was beautiful! Open floor plan, very spacious, nicely decorated, and clean. There were a few minor touch ups needed, but overall it exceeded our expectations and we had a great time!

Wonderful place for large families!

The property was very nice. Really spacious. We had 13 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. There were some issues that we had to call about. For the most part, response and repairs were quick. The view was beautiful; even saw dolphins jumping in the water from the kitchen window. Very short walk to the beach so the location was great! Nice Park nearby. The pool was heated and refreshing. There were beach chairs in a storage area that we did not know about ahead of time which was great. The biggest downside was the huge lit sign at the Astronaut motel that cast a lot of light into the master bedroom. Also had people from that motel up playing loud music till 3am on the patio right below our room the last night we were there.
