Beautifully appointed condo overlooking beautiful Diamond Beach, perfect for a family getaway. Located oceanfront at La Vida del Mar in Wildwood Crest/Diamond Beach, NJ; just north of Cape May and south of the Wildwoods. Adjacent to the Cape May National Wildlife Refuge. It's the ideal destination for beach, dining, shopping, water sports, fishing, golf, and the famous Wildwood Boardwalk.

Every piece of furniture in this condo is newly purchased and pristine. This 3 bedroom condo features 3 bedrooms with new bedding and mattresses. Large table for dinners that easily seat 6 with another large table on the beautiful deck overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to make wonderful family meals. There are multiple flat screen TVs. Steps to the beautiful beach. Seasonal pool and hot tub. It is in a gated community with private parking.

Spacious master bedroom overlooks the beach and has a king bed, flat screen tv, ceiling fan, ample closet space, and an open ensuite bathroom with double vanity with separate tub and shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan with TV. Third bedroom has two full beds. Second bathroom features shower/tub. Utility closet has washer/dryer and large sink.

Family togetherness and beach fun!!!

Jared’s place is beautiful. It worked out well for 6 adults and 3 kids. We made some meals in and ate out some as well. Excellent restaurants and pizza around and ice cream of course. The best was watching fireworks on the 4th right off our terrace. I would stay here again! Thanks Jared.

Great beach holidays for family

We all (family with kids 8, 10 and 12) thoroughly enjoyed the vacation. The condo is right on the beach with beautiful sand and gentle slope into the ocean. We also enjoyed the on-site pool. There’s a beach bar with good pizza, and plenty of restaurants and activities further up towards Wildwood. Kids are already asking when we can go back.

Perfect end of sumer vacation

Excellent and quiet location. Wish the tub had been working but everything else was absolutely marvelous. Was perfect for our family. (If you have mobility issues just a heads up you have to do a flight of stairs to get to the floor the elevator is on).

Great family vacation

My family and I had a wonderful time and made lots of memories here.We had adults and kids ages 3-12. The condo was spacious and clean and perfect for all of us. Can’t beat the location with a beach bar and food right downstairs! Live entertainment weekly and kids night on Thursdays. We will definitely be back next year!

Awesome views

This is the second year we stayed at this location. The area and view is great. The condo is very spacious. The kitchen was renovated with a new kitchen cabinets new appliances and a new countertop. The pool area does need some work. I also would have liked some additional pots and pans for use with the oven. At the pool tiles around were falling down into the pool. It needs some maintenance. There is only 1 gas grill which is shared if your unit does not have its own which could be a bother if someone is using it. Overall I love this unit and will probably book again.

Family Trip in June

We absolutely loved our stay here. Wonderful location so close to the nature reserve. Nice and quiet, but just a drive from the boardwalk for the kids. It was great that grandmom could see the ocean from the balcony.

Beach Zen

Could not have found a more beautiful spot--right on the beach with the sound of the ocean. The apartment is large, comfortable and clean. The property manager promptly responded to my questions and addressed a minor issue quickly. I hope to return soon.

Great location

The location was perfect for a quick getaway before the summer season, and wi-fi was good enough to allow virtual work and school to happen simultaneously during the day. The beach area is next to the nature preserve, so it was very empty - I'd imagine even in summer it would be less crowded than nearby Wildwood. The condo had an updated kitchen compared to photos, which was a nice bonus. The building overall is older, and the pool could definitely use some upgrades to tilework. The issues were just cosmetic and not functional concerns though, and we enjoyed the access to the hot tub and pool. My kids would have liked to have curtains in the bedrooms in addition to blinds; the sun in the morning woke them up quite early. Jared was super quick to respond to questions throughout our stay and was gracious to allow a later checkout that worked for both his and our timing. Overall it was a great place for us to enjoy the beach for a few days.

Nice Beach Getaway

This condo is very nice and clean with a balcony facing the dunes on Diamond Beach. However it is little outdated, specially the master bathroom. The shower is very small and old. The hot water heater is not sufficient for two people to shower one after another. And to fill up the jacuzzi is probably impossible. We didn’t even try. The sliding doors to the balcony are broken and in the master bedroom cannot be open. We had to bring our own sheets and towels. It would be easier if they were provided. My husband and I spent 3 days there in September and had very nice time despite the shortcomings. We ordered takeout from local restaurants and ate dinners on the balcony watching the ocean. We biked to Cape May and to Cold Spring where we had very nice lunch in the local brewery. I would recommend this condo because of its location and the view of the ocean.

Beautiful spot

Gorgeous view of ocean over sand dunes. Steps from beach. Clean and well maintained pool. Met the President of the home owners association who was very welcoming and conscientious. Spacious condo with ocean view from Master bedroom. Quieter part of Wildwood Crest adjacent to a national wildlife refuge. Hope to return!

A diamond stay

This is a great property with a beautiful view of the ocean. It is clean, nicely furnished, functional, and has everything one might need for a getaway to the beach. Diamond beach was clean, quiet and family oriented. The owners were helpful and responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome Weekend Getaway

My husband and I, along with another couple, decided last minute to take a quick weekend getaway. We've all been to Diamond Beach in the summer and wanted to see what it was like in the winter. It was wonderful and the condo was even better. Beautifully decorated, very spacious, awesome view and obviously well maintained/clean. We would go back again in a heartbeat and highly recommend for anyone looking to rent with a family or adult friends. Thank you!!
