"Such an adorable retro renovation. Rooms are spacious, beds and pillows super comfy, great design and spotless. Sparkling pool ,fire pits, corn hole and cabanas... awesome vibe. Much more than I expected from a road side motel. Conveniently located near restaurants, and stores, with beaches just a short drive away.
The staff are all friendly and professional. "
"The Bayside was amazing and perfect for our quick weekend getaway. What stood out the most was the friendly staff - especially Gale who welcomed us at check-in. "On July 23rd, the fire alarm went off, unknown to us there was a high level of carbon monoxide in one of the residents rooms. We were let back in to our rooms after an hour, after all the rooms were checked. After I got back to my room after being out all afternoon, I found a gift bag in my room with a beautiful note of apology for the disruption. In my opinion, the staff went over and above"
"The property was clean and adequate. The outside walls are paper thin so we could hear everything outside. But otherwise a clean place to stay while going to the waterpark. The waterpark was excellent for all ages. Looking forward in seeing whats new next year."
"I had a tear of my Achilles tendon saw a very well-known surgeon down the Cape for this. I had to stay in the HYANNIS area several days in order to get some tests to see the doctor. This hotel was very comfortable and affordable. The manager at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly.
