This bright, modern one-bedroom flat is a relaxed retreat close to Wigan town centre — near enough to walk to the shops, restaurants, and bars, but tucked away from the noise.

The living area is light and contemporary, with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV with Netflix, and fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped for proper cooking — fridge, oven, hob, microwave, and all the basics — and there’s an in-unit washing machine and dryer, which makes a real difference on longer stays.

The bedroom is quiet and restful, with a comfortable double bed dressed in fresh linens, a full wardrobe, and a chest of drawers so you can actually unpack and settle in. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, a hairdryer, and fresh towels ready and waiting.

I leave a small welcome kit with slippers, an eye mask, earplugs, and a few other little extras — the kind of things it’s easy to forget to pack. Free on-site parking is included, which is a genuine bonus in this part of town.
