with a 28 m² rooftop terrace. It is easily accessible by elevator and via a bright
stairwell. The apartment is wheelchair accessible.
All living and bedroom areas feature floor-to-ceiling windows and can be shaded or darkened using electrically operated venetian blinds.
The bathrooms and the entryway have an electrically operated skylight. All rooms have in-floor heating. Wi-Fi is available. The 28-square-meter rooftop terrace is accessible from the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom.
