"Needs a refurb. Toilet kept running and not flushing, noisy fans. Carpets need a good deep clean. Noisy room even when windows are closed of an evening. The car parking was secured which was good but I don't feel the price was worth it. Not really a "grand" standard."

"Parking ok but lots of reserved spots. Our stay was a late-night arrival but all went well and was relatively easy to get in. Room good with balcony. Bed not so great. Didn't use the kitchenette but looked well appointed."
