"This was a very clean modern hotel. We appreciated the air conditioning in the room as well as the free coffee/tea in the room.This was one of the nicer hotels I stayed at on my trip to Germany. My only complaint is that there was a huge line to check in. Not sure why it took so long but it was the only time we experienced this on our trip. Also, this hotel is very nice but the surrounding area is not. I could see people passed out on the street from my window, people doing drugs and heard...

"Ich kann über das Gebäude und das Zimmer nur Gutes sagen. Leider hat der Personal uns gesagt, dass wir extra für das Frühstück bezahlen hätten müssen, obwohl dieses bereits gebucht und bezahlt war. Ich habe nachträglich auch geschrieben und angerufen, aber keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Ich finde es sehr sehr schlimm, unprofessionell und unfreundlich. Auch Expedia hat nicht weiter geholfen."

"CheckIn trotz Aufforderung online nicht möglich, auch nicht vor Ort. Mitarbeiter hat dann alles gemacht. Zimmer war nicht vorbereitet für die 3. Person, also gewechselt. Teppich eine Katastrophe, sehr fleckig, sonst Zimmer alles sauber. Frühstück naja, nur das Nötigste und Nudeln sowie Kartoffeln? Haben wir noch nie gesehen aber ok, vermutlich ist es gefragt. CkeckOut auch wieder online nicht möglich, Mitarbeiter wieder nötig. Parken mit 19€ sehr hochpreisig aber vor Ort leider nichts anderes...

"Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Man erreicht die S-Bahnstation in wenigen Gehminuten und ist schnell in der Frankfurter Innenstadt. Wir hatten wirklich einen schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt."

"The hotel is perfectly situated just a 3 minute walk to the old town. Very clean, with helpful staff it is worth it to stay here for the location if you are here to explore. Tram picks up right outside the lobby door as well. Please note that the rooms and bathrooms are very small, but clean."

"Wunderbar, dass das Zimmer einen kleinen Balkon hatte und der Blick in den grünen Wald ging. Die Straße war kaum zu hören. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es, daß es während 3 Nächten Aufenthalt keinen Zimmerservice gab und die Qualität der Brötchen und des Brot hätte definitiv besser sein können. Es gab ansonsten sehr viel Auswahl am Buffet."

"This hotel was the first and last hotel on our 2-week trip by train through Germany. We walked here from the Hbf and were very tired after a long flight from Canada and arrived in the lobby at 10AM. Our room would not be ready until 3PM. We sat in the lobby and must have looked a sorry sight. "Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt am Rande von Eschborn und ist von großen Firmengebäuden umgeben. Die Zimmer waren modern ausgestattet und es war alles sehr sauber. Die Fenster waren sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Große konnte nicht geöffnet werden, nicht einmal auf Kipp. Es gab ein schmales Fenster, das konnte man öffnen, allerdings gerade mal einen Spalt von ca 5cm. Demnach kam keine frische Luft ins Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage war ebenfalls nicht wirklich funktionsfähig, so...
