Rustic Retreat - Cute and Cozy! King! Centrally located

Rustic Retreat is a cute and cozy bungalow just minutes from some of Wichita's greatest attractions! Minutes to the heart of Riverside, the Arkansas Riverside, Riverside Park, and Old Town. With a fully updated and furnished kitchen, laundry on site, and 2 cozy bedrooms, this bungalow is great for short or long stays!

With a cozy porch swing in the front and hammock in the back, you'll be lounging in comfort and style.

Rustic Retreat is located just between Riverside, one of Wichita's premier older neighborhoods, and Historic Midtown. You'll enjoy the variety of architecture, from farmhouses to bungalows to Victorians. It's just minutes from the Arkansas River, Riverside Park, and Old Town.

Guests have full access to the unit. There is driveway parking for up to 3 cars and ample street parking.

Rustic Retreat is a remodeled, cozy home with a rustic feel. With rustic hardwood floors throughout most of the house and wood decor throughout, this home feels very cozy! Walk into the large living and dining room. Lounge on the cozy sofa and watch the 58" TV Roku TV. Located in the back of the house, the cute kitchen has stainless steel oven and oversized fridge. Dine at the bar or in dining room.

Both bedrooms are located just off the living room. The front bedroom, offers a great workspace and day bed with trundle (great for kids!). The master bedroom has a cozy queen size bed.

Enjoy the covered back porch with cozy seating or lounge in the hammock and look at the stars. Enjoy our charcoal grill.

The house has easy access to several large streets and is just minutes from Kellogg Ave or I-135.

The house is located in a neighborhood just between Riverside and Historic Midtown. Many houses are being fixed up.

There is no dishwasher.

What a great little cottage in a quiet, welcoming neighborhood. We were looking forward to a much needed getaway, and this property was the perfect home base for our daily excursions. Close to several parks, getting our daily walks in was not a chore at all. The house itself is older - charmingly so, not creepily so. It has every thing needed to for a very pleasant stay. It is centrally located, so it seems close to everything. We will be back!!!

Very Cute Spot

Stayed only one night while moving to a new state. Communication was excellent. The small space in back is securely fenced for dogs which was a plus. Inside decor is beautifully done. Wish I would have been able to stay longer to really enjoy the space and neighborhood.

Great Place/Quiet Neighborhood

This cute historic home was clean and comfortable, with a spacious living and dining room area. The kitchen was great and the location is within walking distance to an amazing bakery and coffee and donut shop. It's also within a reasonable vicinity to the highway for easy transportation. The neighborhood is very quiet and just down the street from a really nice park area. The host was extremely responsive and everything was great. Highly recommend!

Perfect cozy cottage

This was the perfect place to stay for my son's graduation. We loved the convenient location. Easy access. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint.. The home was clean, cozy and supercute! It had all the extras we needed and more. Everyone thought it was the perfect place to stay. And the owner was very attentive. I strongly recommend!
