This cottage is like a warm hug. Decorated with charm close to restaurants, shopping, parks, golfing, convenience stores, ATM's, movie theater's with front door parking and it's own private patio. The home is 750 square feet inside and approximately 250 sq. ft. covered patio so there is plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is complete with full size refrigerator, convection oven, microwave. This cozy guest house is nestled behind the main house equipped with a full kitchen, living room, bedroom has a remote controlled head and feet adjustablequeen bed, and 2 50" flat screens for the bedroomand livingroom, showet and tub in the bathroom and a completely fenced in covered patio. Located on the west side of Wichita. Upon request airport transportation can be provided. Fully stocked kitchen including convection oven, refrigerator, microwave, utensils, various cookware, plates, bowls, can opener, toaster, electric skillet, slow cooker, storage containers, salt and pepper, coffee maker, filters, creamer, assorted coffee's, living room includes 50" flat screen, and comfy sectional for lounging. Outdoor patio with furniture and is completely fenced in for privacy. Bedroom includes queen size bedding with designer linens, 43" flat screen. Bathroom includes 60" inch shower, stand alone tub, vanity, washer and dryer.

Everything about this cottage is wonderful, Not too far from downtown, close to restaurants and shopping, plus it's under 2 miles to the airport. The cottage is both beautiful and side and outside. You get plenty of privacy and a warm home feeling. Teresa was always available, communication was great! We had an amazing stay we only wish we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend staying here and will happily stay here again when I'm in the area.

I stay at Teresa's place frequently. I generally stay for a week at a time. I have stayed at so many VRBO & AIR BNB properties before I found Teresa's. Nothing else seems to compare. She is one of the most inviting hosts and always has on a big ole smile. The cottage is truly a great place to stay whether short term or long term. The bed feels like sleeping on a cloud. The shower and tub are sparkling clean. The back patio is calm, relaxing and private. If you're lucky enough to be here while it's raining, it's amazing. You can set outside on the covered patio and just listen to the rain. As always, I'll be back.

This is a perfect get away. Great size, great amenities. Particularly fond of the awesome tub and huge shower. The bed was super comfy and the back patio was Another wonderful space for reading or just "be"ing. The decor was so warm and inviting. Couch was dangerously comfortable and cozy, perfect for a leisurely afternoon of watching movies. I can't wait to come back.

This place is just as it was described and then some. I can't say enough good things about it. It has a private backyard with a six foot privacy fence. It has high end finishings and furniture. The bed has luxurious linens and is oh so soft to sleep in. Teresa spared no expense. The bathroom is big and has its own full set of laundry. I have stayed in many VRBO's and AIR BNB's across the country And what I love the most is that they have outfitted it as if it was their main home. They didn't just take left over furniture and cheap decorations for this rental. She furnished and decorated it with extreme care. The whole place with sparkling clean. The location makes it easy to get anywhere in town. Restaurants and stores are minutes away. Hands down you can't go wrong with this pick
