  • Welcome to our cozy, newly-renovated bungalow in Andover KS! Quiet and safe neighborhood, just minutes from turnpike, gas/grocery & 18 mins to downtown Wichita. Fenced backyard & fully stocked kitchen!

    Front patio with table and chairs. Going inside there is a living room with couch, coffee table and smart tv. 2 bedrooms upstairs each has a closet with storage & queen size bed. Bathroom in the hall way features a bathtub / stand up shower. Kitchen has a dining table and full appliances. Downstairs there is another couch & smart tv with ping-pong table and full-over-full bunk bed. Laundry in storage room

    Access to the full house and back yard with no shared rooms

    Available by phone whenever you need me

    Quiet and safe neighborhood with access to walking trail

    Parking is free and private, concrete driveway alongside the house as well as on street parking

We really loved the easy access to the running trail, and nearby parks and highway access. Location was perfect.

Visiting family

The property was lovely and the location was great for us because we were visiting family in Eureka. Our only problem was the highway noise from I35 but nothing can be done about that. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Overall the home was great. It was very clean and suited our needs perfectly. Everyone LOVED the shower. However, the communication with the host was terrible. I had sent a couple of messages leading up to our stay about checking in with no response for 24 hours. We drove over 10 hours to this location so timing and responsiveness was important. I had also inquired about extending our stay and never received a response. This property is a duplex so I was able to book the other unit as it was available for the extra night we needed (as shown on the website). However, no one checked in that afternoon, and we possibly could have stayed in that unit and avoided the inconvenience of checking out and back in several hours later if the host had communicated with me. I am thankful nothing was emergently wrong with the home because the host was not responsive at all during our stay.

Clean and a Lovely Stay

Overall property was kept nice and very cute. Bathroom was awesome and entire house is definitely very modern. Only recommendation I have is to bring your own pillows to sleep on. They provide one per a person and they are very flat. Other than that a great stay!

The beds were hard sheets and comforter were thin. Every time we came the smell of sewer would hit you. We had to use our own streaming account.

Neighborhood was a bit rundown. House had an unusual/unpleasant smell. Bunk beds in the basement might not be desirable to some. Upstairs area was very clean and nicely decorated. No issues with linen or towels. Shower was fantastic.

Nice and Clean

The host was friendly and did a great job of renovating the house, but you can tell in some areas the house is a little run down. The house is clean, smelled good, beds were very comfortable, the house had everything we needed, the waterfall/rainfall shower was awesome, plenty of fresh towels, and the ping pong table in the basement was fun. There's a bunk bed in the basement, but I don't think it's a sufficient place to sleep, more like a hang out instead. I don't know much about the area. Some houses were nice and others not so much. The house is behind a school and near the highway. We stayed for 2 nights and the neighborhood was pretty quiet.
