Renter be aware
This an old house that needs updating and up to code. They camouflaged portions over existing walls. Live wires were not covered with blank receptacles m(downstairs in closet to the left) There were holes in many places. Especially downstairs bathroom. Caulking were not done correctly. One Recliner chair broken. From down stairs at night you can’t sleep for hearing the water going thru pipes or walls. Oven was filthy and refrigerator smelled like shrimp. Deck was overdue for pressure cleaning. Molds were growing on deck and chairs . Tree needs to be trimmed. Pool stick were gone. Didn’t bother to see if all pool balls were counted. Paddle stick were broken’. Trash food under beds. Sheer curtain didn’t give privacy. Water hose were laid out on side deck did not see it hook up. Trash bin outside overflow. Pot and pans were very old. Not much containers to use. Look like they cleaned their cupboards from their home and thrown in these cupboards. Carpet stained. Too many to list that should not be present. Would like my refund. Due to their mis presenting of this online. Pictures online were deceiving.
