Located between Bryson City and Cherokee, this brand new upper-level condo at Smoky Mountain Country Club sits at the very end of Sawgrass Drive with long range beautiful eastern facing mountain views. Guests can also head out on the fairway for an additional fee, swim in the seasonal community pool, or practice their swings at the tennis court.

This beautiful, secluded condo is the perfect abode during your vacation. Relax on the sofa and watch a favorite TV show or movie. Light up the fireplace for an extra cozy time. When the group gets hungry, take advantage of the well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Dine together in the elegant dining area or take your meal out to the furnished deck where you can have dinner with a view of the majestic mountains. Both bedrooms have deck access, so there’s no shortage of lovely views anywhere in the home. Other perks of this condo include high-speed WiFi.

Place was INFESTED with bugs!!!

Upon first entering the place seemed nice. Then all of a sudden we noticed lots of bugs flying around and crawling on the walls and floors and furniture. Then further investigating, about 50-60 DEAD bugs on the floors.

Smoky Mountain Stay

We loved our time at the condo! It was spacious, beautiful, and clean upon arrival. The views were breathtaking! The neighbors were kind and friendly. The drive up the mountain is quite something; we rented a car and were thankful we had chosen an SUV. We would gladly come back and stay again!

Amazing views

Property was fantastic, large apartment, great views and well stocked. Huge deck. Good quality items inside - really great property. Property was very clean upon arrival. Management wasn't great - it's the second time with booked through Vacasa and they are not great - tough to speak to anyone on the phone, when we told them the grill was dirty, they said the home was not advertised as having a grill - when we showed them the listing did advertise a grill, they really didn't seem to care or have any desire to rectify the situation. Very hands off. In summary, fantastic property but inattentive management.

Wonderful place in a great location

The place is perfectly outfitted and immaculate. The location is in a country club with a good golf course which has a really good grill. You are 10 minutes from Cherokee or Bryson City with rafting, fishing, ziplines, and casino. During the spring, summer, and fall any vehicle will be fine. During winter, recommend 4WD/AWD.

Beautiful stay!

I went on a Smokey Mountain train ride with friends and stayed at this property for the weekend, about 20 mins from Bryson City. This place was absolutely beautiful! The property was clean and spotless upon arrival. The host left toiletries, towels and hand soap which was a nice touch. The condo is well decorated, spacious and has the most amazing views of the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. The property is located on a winding mountain road, so I would recommend getting there before dark because of limited street lights, but once there, it is absolutely worth it and would definitely stay there again!

- Very hard to drive up during nighttime - Dirty kitchen towels and cloth - No paper goods except toilet paper (should have been told beforehand to bring all supplies) - Wasp nests over outside table & covered with wasp droppings upon arrival and next morning after cleaning when we arrived - Dishwasher did not clean at all and no liquid kitchen soap - “Bear to the right all the way up” was NOT accurate - Incomplete instructions for getting into condo with code AND should have had instructions for how to lock upon leaving - The emergency staff were helpful, esp the gentleman I reached late pm on 8/8

Slow response for no internet

We went 4 nights out of 7 with no internet or TV. It took a couple of days to get a response from the owner. Ultimately we were promised a credit. Vacasa policy is they give you a starter pack of soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper etc. If you stay more than 3-5 days or have a larger than 2 people group plan on buying your own Toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap. Bring you own hair dryer . GPS will not get you to the unit, it would be nice if a map was provided. It would be nice to know the location of the pool, sauna, etc. If you list this as an amenity directions and codes should be provided. Otherwise clean with beautiful views.
