You will also be near hiking, waterfalls, rafting, shopping, and more. Entrances to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Blue Ridge Parkway are nearby, as is Harrah’s Cherokee Casino. Great Restaurants and breweries are within an easy drive to Bryson City, Cherokee, Dillsboro and Sylva.

This Condo:
This luxurious two-bedroom, two-bath condo offers gorgeous golf course, creek and mountain views! While enjoying the view on the deck, you can listen to the peaceful sounds of the creek running by. The primary bedroom has a King bed. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed.
The living room is accented by a wall of stone rising from the gas fireplace to the ceiling.
The en suite master bath contains a vanity countertop and both bathtub and shower. The guest bath has a vanity, tub and shower as well.
The full kitchen features a gas range/oven, 25 cu ft side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, keurig duo coffee maker that takes both K cups and carafe pot filter coffee, and microwave. The kitchen is fully- equipped, allowing you to cook any meals you desire to eat. The laundry room contains a washer and dryer.
The dining room, great room and bedrooms have hardwood floors, and the kitchen and bathrooms have tile floors.
Large HD Smart televisions are in the great room and both bedrooms. The condo is equipped with Wifi, Sling TV and central heat/air for your comfort and enjoyment.
The large (50’ long) view deck is fully covered. A grill is provided on the deck, along with a table and chairs for outdoor enjoyment. Steps lead down to the creek area if you would like to walk down to it and enjoy.

Guests enjoy the convenience of our office being onsite for easy check-in and real-time communication if an issue arises unlike with other vacation rentals where the owner or property manager is no where around or hard to get in touch with on the phone. For after business hours, we provide guests with Emergency Contact info. You can count on SMCC to give you a top notch stay!

Guests have full access to the community’s private recreational facilities, which include a swimming pool and outdoor whirlpool spa (both open seasonally, from approx. mid-April thru mid-October), two lighted newly resurfaced pickleball/tennis courts, newly remodeled men’s and women’s locker rooms with brand new dry saunas, and a newly remodeled fitness room! There is a fee to play the on-site 18-hole Smoky Mountain Country Club golf course (pro shop: 828-497-7622).
