What a view! Wanting to head to the beach this summer but also want to avoid the crowds of holiday goers? You can't look past Peace and Paradise.

The elevated position of this home offers the best of both worlds. You have stellar views down across the lush coastal landscape down to the waters of Mercury Bay, but you'll be away from the hustle and bustle of popular central Whitianga. It's still only a short drive to the beach though!

Peace and Paradise is a contemporary, bright and restful space that is sure to please, with all the essentials to help you and your family settle into your home away from home. The open-plan spacious living, dining and kitchen area has effortless indoor-outdoor flow onto a large sundeck made for outdoor summer living.

Wake up in the morning, check out the view from the kitchen window as you cook up a tasty brunch for your group or family. Then take it outside for an alfresco meal while everyone makes a plan for the day's adventure.

You'll be spoilt for choice on how you want to relax, on the deck on a bean bag under the sun, down on the spacious lawn with a cold drink, grilling up dinner on the BBQ, or staying indoors admiring the views.

Peace and Paradise is a 7-minute drive to the beach, 10 minutes from the centre of Whitianga, and is situated to take advantage of the local beaches, attractions and bush walks around Mercury Bay and the Coromandel.

The location is spot on with a great view. But overall it's poorly equiped and needs to improve!

We enjoyed the view, but the kitchen is poorly equiped. Low quality (camping style) cuttlery and overall useless knives. The beds were terrible, very uncomfortable for everyone with not much sleep possible. No Wifi which should be a standard with that rent cost. There was no dryer as described and there were only 3 towels provided for 5 people. We are not happy at all and do not recommend this property.

Perfection

This holiday exceeded all our expectations. Exquisite views, perfectly located. Everything was clean and in prestine condition. We had easy access and was welcomed with a bottle of wine and chocolates. Even had a nice surprise waiting- pool table, table tennis, darts and a whole cupboard full of board games and books. The separate play room was so ideal for our toddlers, and the glass railing around the huge outside deck kept them safe while playing. It had all amenities and everything we needed in the kitchen and everywhere else. Close to so many stunning beaches, little villages, and attractions, but at the same time super private and the silence was wonderful. Absolutely recommend!! Best holiday home ever!

Breathtaking views

Highlight was the beautiful views and privacy, property was in excellent condition. Has everything you would need. Will definitely be back. Would suggest wifi at the property.
