Two Lower Level Bedrooms:





The condo features two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, offering the perfect space to rest and recharge.  The condo has a 2 full bathrooms with a tub/shower combo.







The Loft:





A  loft area above the living room, accessible via a ladder staircase. Here, you’ll find additional sleeping space with a full-sized bed, perfect for kids or friends looking to join you on your mountain retreat. 







Private Deck for Outdoor Enjoyment:





Step outside onto your private deck - There’s outdoor seating for lounging, firetable, plus a BBQ grill if you’re in the mood for a cookout under the stars! 











 



CHECK-IN: 



4:00 PM or later. (Early check-in MUST be pre-approved by PTARMIGAN VILLAGE Management in advance) (an additional fee may apply)



CHECK-OUT: 



10:00 AM or earlier. (Late check-out's MUST be pre-approved by PTARMIGAN VILLAGE Management in advance) (an additional fee may apply)



Door Locks are pre-programmed for check in time and check out times. 







PAYMENTS: 



50% of the total booking amount is due at the time of booking.  



All balances must be paid in full 14-days before your scheduled check-in day. 



The total balance of the reservation will be due at the time of booking if your scheduled arrival date is within 14-days of the booking date. 



If the reservation is booked through Airbnb, VRBO, Home Away, Booking.com, etc.100% of the total booking charges are due at the time of booking or follow that site's terms and conditions.







Cancellation Policy: 



Guests may receive a refund of the total booking amount minus the credit card processing fee if the cancellation is made 30 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date.



Reservations canceled within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.







Please note:



Ptarmigan Village is unable to issue refunds or prorated refunds due to travel disruptions or delays, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, flight interruptions, or health-related issues. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is available for an additional fee.







Parking:



We offer free parking for up to two vehicles at the condo. If you're traveling with an oversized vehicle (like a motorcycle, trailer, or RV), don’t worry! Ptarmigan Village has oversized parking areas available. Simply reach out to our reservation team if you need any assistance with parking options or if you have any specific requirements.







Pet Policy:



Please note that pets are not permitted in any of the Ptarmigan Village rental properties during short-term stays. However, service dogs are welcome! If you're traveling with a service dog, please be sure to notify us and complete the necessary paperwork prior to making your reservation.



Important Note on ESA (Emotional Support Animals):



Montana does not recognize Emotional Support Animals (ESA) as service animals. As such, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. If you are traveling with an ESA or service animal, please contact Ptarmigan Rentals directly to inquire about available options.
