The Space:

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for your culinary convenience, featuring a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a complete set of cookware and dinnerware to make meal preparation effortless. The inviting living room area serves as a versatile shared space, complete with a comfortable sofa bed and direct access to a partial shared deck. This outdoor retreat overlooks the scenic woods and Elmer's Pond, offering a peaceful setting for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Upstairs, the private loft bedroom provides a tranquil sanctuary with a plush queen sized bed. This space is perfectly suited for remote work, offering high speed wireless internet and a quiet atmosphere to ensure you stay connected and comfortable throughout your stay.



Guest Access:

You will have full private access to the entire house during your stay. Your personalized entry code consists of the last four digits of the phone number associated with your reservation. This code becomes active at 4:00 PM on your arrival date and expires at 10:00 AM on your departure date. To enter, ensure the keypad lights up, type your four digit code, and press the hash symbol or the bottom right button to unlock the door. The door locks automatically upon closing. Please note that if the code is entered incorrectly multiple times, the lock will temporarily disable for two to three minutes before resetting.



The Neighborhood:

Our property is situated within a quiet and private HOA village, perfectly positioned five miles up the mountain on the scenic route toward the renowned Whitefish Mountain Resort. Guests will enjoy a peaceful retreat while remaining just 2.4 miles from the summit and the heart of the ski resort activities. This prime location offers the ideal balance of mountain tranquility and convenient access to world-class skiing, hiking, and outdoor recreation, making it an excellent base for your Montana adventure.



Getting Around:

Getting around Whitefish is a breeze from our location at 36 Alder Way. While the neighborhood is perfect for enjoying fresh mountain air on foot, please remember that you are in bear country, so it is essential to carry bear spray whenever you head out for a walk. You will need a vehicle for getting back and forth from town. For those arriving by air, Glacier Park International Airport is approximately a 20 minute drive away. We offer convenient free street parking for guests bringing their own vehicles, making it easy to explore the surrounding area at your own pace.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that a stackable washer and dryer are available for your convenience during your stay. We do not provide laundry detergent, so please plan to purchase your own. While previous guests may occasionally leave supplies behind, we cannot guarantee their availability. Check-in time is from 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 08:00 am to ensure a peaceful environment for all. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises and pets are not allowed. Guests must be at least 19 years of age to book.

Our office is available to assist you during regular business hours from Monday to Friday between 8:30 and 4:30. For any urgent matters outside of these hours, we provide a dedicated emergency call center service. Please reserve this line for emergencies only and direct all non-urgent inquiries to us during our standard business hours so we can assist you promptly.
