The condo is a two-story end unit located in the Cascade Building within Ptarmigan Village, a peaceful and wooded community. It’s the last unit on the street, offering extra privacy and quiet. Guests are just a short walk from the community’s indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, and nature trails. After a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring, unwind in the large communal hot tub or cozy up by the fireplace in true Chalet Chic style.

Inside, the space features modern mountain decor with warm textures, updated furnishings, and thoughtful touches throughout. The main floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table that seats five, and a full bathroom. You’ll find a spacious living area with a 55-inch flat-screen TV, soundbar, DVD player, and access to a large balcony with peaceful views of the surrounding trees and pond.

4WD or AWD vehicles are strongly recommended from November through March due to mountainous terrain.

Coffee and essentials are stocked for the first 3 days—longer stays may require a restock.

Internet service is available but not guaranteed due to the remote location.
