"Great place. I would stay again"

"The restaurant was closed at dinner. The pool was freezing cold, hot tub was not working. The breakfast was not available until 8 am which was not noted online so we ended up going to McDonald's for a meal that supposed to be in the price we paid. The A/C was not working properly. We will be sending our breakfast receipt in."

"Very rustic. Don’t expect much and you will be okay with this place. The bed and bathroom linens were quality. The floor was tile which I think is far better than a soiled carpet. The room was fairly clean. Check-in was unorthodox but worked out in the end. You get a microwave but are not allowed to cook in the room. There is a small fridge and a coffee maker. The electric heat unit is on the ceiling which protects it from damage I guess, but as heat is known to rise… Continental breakfast...

"Standing at the desk I could smell cigarette smoke and had a headache before I had finished checking in. The hall we had to walk through to get to our non-smoking room was very strong with smoke. When we got into our room, it smelled nice, but after being in it for a while, cigarette smoke was wafting in. The fridge, microwave and sheets were clean, but the walls were smeared with dirt. "Stained and burnt sheets, bad smelling elevator. I didn’t feel safe leaving my vehicle outside. The people that hang around that property are not top notch ( if you catch my drift)…Makes you feel unsafe. We left shortly after check in. I felt loosing the price of the room and paying again to stay somewhere else would be cheaper than having my truck broken into. Definitely would not recommend."

"The only thing going for this property is the location close to the University hospital. The door was locked when we arrived. I phoned and a 12 year old let us in. His information on my updated booking was not up to date, even though I had phoned a week prior to confirm with the owner my booking changes. So, he had to call the parent who took 15-20 minutes to arrive to straighten it out. There was NO hot water in the shared bathroom. None. It was turned off! I was reluctant to attempt taking a...
