"I was a huge fan of Brookmere and I will go back. However, I was quite sad to see every trip resulted in more issues than the last. I suspect the hotel is very thinly staffed because the issues stemmed from lack of care rather than poor facilities.
e.g. Housekeeping would clean the bathroom but leave all the hair on the floor, repeatedly. The cleaning was very much at eye level only. It was not great to check in to a hotel room and notice other people’s hair on the bathroom floor. The next...
