Great for kids and pets. Treat my home like it’s yours and enjoy all the toys and games we provide. For rentals 6 months + we can offer removal of personal items such as kids toys etc. upon request. Renters are responsible for their own Wi-Fi connectivity ( hot spot) the home feature a massive smart - easy to pair your devices to to stream your favourite shows. While we do love animals there will be a $500 cleaning fee per pet. Please add them to the reservation. Failure to disclose animals can result in terminating your lease with no refund. We deep clean after each lease especially with animals to ensure no allergic reactions for future renters. We provide your first month of cleaning supplies, toilet paper and paper towel. Any additional items that you wish to bring to make yourself feel comfortable is your responsibility.
