This one bed cottage, ideal for couples, is full of charm and character. Approached via a flight of steps the cottage is spread over 3 floors. The entrance leads into a traditional diner/kitchen with table, two small armchairs and TV.  A steep fisherman's staircase leads to a stunning and spacious bathroom with bath & shower. The stairs lead to a double bedroom. This is the perfect room to sit at the window & admire the wonderful changing views over the harbour

The Space:
The stairs to the bedroom are steep and may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility or young children.

As you would expect from this properties ideally located so not in the hustle and bustle of the town however it is just a very short stroll away but all the amenities close by. You have an array of shops, restaurants, banks and transport links including bus, taxi and train stations right at your fingertips. Then not to forget all the tourist destinations just a stroll away such as the Abbey, Tate Hill Beach and of course Whitby’s Harbour and beach including the promenade.

The property does not come with a dedicated parking space, but there is unrestricted parking availble on Church street (first come basis).

Alternatively you can park in the long stay car park.
