Three bedrooms, one in the main house and two in the detached sleepout, comfortably sleep up to six guests here. This really is the perfect setup for a family with older kids; the sleepout complete with its own deck being the ideal haven for kids to make their own.

When it’s time to grab some takeaways, an ice-cream, or to top up on supplies, the Whangamata town centre is only three minutes’ drive from your home away from home. If you just fancy your morning coffee fix, wander up to Blackies Café at the surf club. Go on, grab a cake as well!

Please be aware the sleepout at this property is accessed externally and the bathroom is inside the main dwelling.The sleepouts are suitable for teenagers/children as it contains bunk beds and the top bunk is only suitable for a childs weight.This property offers 2 toilets and one shower so large families will need to be mindful of this. There is an outdoor cold shower also availablePlease be aware that while pets are allowed inside this property, they are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
