Llac de la Balena

This hotel is very large and unless you get a room at the start of the hallway, there is a lot of walking to do. The rooms are nice and large with nice seating and the bed is comfortable. A great feature were the dim down bedside lights. The batroom door didnt fit the space so it wouldnt close. The pillows for me were to high and very lumpy. The staff that maintained the rooms were a bit hit and miss. Our bed was made with the top sheet on top of the quilt. They didn't restock tea. One day we had only one bath towel and when I request more we got a whole bag full. We also found the air-conditioning very hot and we couldn't find a way to turn it down.
