Welcome to Moonacre Bay! Nestled between Teague Creek and the mouth of the Manokin River, this house offers breathtaking views from every room. Enjoy peaceful sunrises over the marsh from the front porch swing. In the evenings relax on the expansive deck to watch the sun go down over the Bay.

With a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living areas, a serene office space, and fast-paced satellite internet, Moonacre Bay has all the comfort and amenities to make this your home away from home.

This property is perfect for those that want to enjoy a quiet stay surrounded by nature, spend the day reading on the front porch swing, sip coffee while watching the sun rise across the marsh, or relax with a glass of wine and a perfect sunset on the deck in the evenings.

Our house features 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. There is a pack n play available for use as well. A front porch, large balcony, and covered deck offer perfect views of the marshes of Teague Creek out front and the mouth of the Manokin River out back. A dock in the process of being built and will be completed by May 2025 which will provide direct access to the water to dock your boat or use one of our complimentary kayaks. The property also comes with an assortment of life jackets available in a multitude of sizes.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cups, cooking utensils, toaster, a coffee maker, and electric tea kettle. There is also a 4.5 gallon Berkeley water filter system.

Towels, linens, and basic toiletries provided. A variety of adult and kid friendly books are available as well family-friendly board games and decks of cards. A large flat screen TV and fast-paced Wi-Fi allows you to stream any of your favorite shows or movies.
