"I was given the keys to a room that had none of the amenities that I had reserved and paid for on line. I contacted the desk clerk on duty about my concerns he was rude, told me that he had no other rooms and that he "just worked there". and I could talk to the manager in the morning because he couldn't do anything about the situation. I preparded myself to start to search for other lodgins. I called the person who had referred me and had recommended that I stay there. He was appalled about...

"Linda was great, checked on us prior to check in, making sure we were accommodated if being late for check in, felt very personalized. The retro decor made us feel like we were on the set of "Mad Men", its meticulously maintained, its movie star quality."

"An apartment condo (a bit dated) with nice large balcony. View of mountains, but mostly Walgreens, mall and parking lot."

"Have stayed here a few times and love it here. It is a smaller hotel with rooms that have either a small outside sitting area or balcony. FYI/ No elevator to upstairs rooms. Nice sized and very clean pool and jacuzzi. Rooms are comfortable and have a small refrigerator/freezer and a microwave. Small coffee pot in room. Their small cafe has breakfast and lunch items that are VERY reasonably priced. Staff is amazing! You must check out Cactus Jacks across the street for a great meal!"

"I loved the townhouse"

During our stay, there were large events both nights at the pool, which included loud DJ music, and a large crowd. We had nowhere to park when we arrived back to our room because all the parking spots and street parking were occupied by the people attending the event. There were people at the bar who had chairs and a small table blocking our hotel room door. The second night the event was even larger...

"Very nice rooms"

"Awesome stay, loved the decor."

"My girlfriend and I loved staying at Les Cactus! Unique design, relaxed ambience, staff always easy to access and so helpful and friendly. So close to everything you need while vacationing in Palm Springs. Easily, we would love for Les Cactus to be our go-to spot for every future vacation"

"Staff pleasant. Great location & decor."

"I booked this hotel for my birthday and stayed about 5 days. The room was great! It was spacious, and I loved having a kitchenette and a fridge. I was really happy that I had a patio to go out and relax and read. My friends stayed at other hotels but we got ready together in my room and it was amazing because there was room for all of us. I was surprised by the goodies in the amenity room. The room has everything you would need like more cups, sugar, water, ice, wine glasses, and even yogurt. I...

"2nd time staying here. All in all the place is great. Only thing was this time we had a room that was on the street, and at night it can get loud especially when you are trying to come to a place to relax"
