"Hotel is very close to the town, transport links and rooms overlook the river. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. We have stayed many times and will continue to stay here."

Damson Dene Hotel
"Firstly checked in to find previous guests clothes in wardrobe, then the spa bath didn't work even though we were supposed to have been upgraded , then there was about 6 months dust on top of four poster bed ,the bed was broken and only fixed by a 3mm screw ( dangerous) . Was moved to a twin room ..."

The Bayview Apart Hotel
"Considering the price, the apartment was ok. There is an air fryer, kettle and toaster. Washing up is a challenge in the small sink in the bathroom. Filling the kettle is difficult as it doesn't fit under the tap in the bathroom! The bed was ok, but you can feel the springs. The TV didn't work as ..."
