"Lights over sink didn’t work. Toilet very hard to flush. Corners were filthy. Electrical outlet pulled out of socket with power strip plugged in with TV, microwave and refrigerator plugged into it. Entering the room light switch didn’t work so had to plug the light into the fixture. Dirty towels were left on floor two days in a row. Had to go ask for clean ones. "This hotel still has the new carpet smell. Everything was very clean. Pool was small, but great for kids that just want to cool off. Front desk staff was delightful at check-in and check-out. We had to leave before breakfast each day and the employee packed our daughter a full to-go breakfast. We stayed for a soccer tournament and will definietly be back next summer. 10/10!"

"I booked Upjohn House but was told I had to come to Henderson Castle to get the keys, and I should stay there instead. It was nice enough, the setting of Henderson Castle is beautiful.
I had a lovely French breakfast my first morning, but when I came down the second morning, no one was around, I was told breakfast was from 6:30-9:30, and I was downstairs at 7:00. So no breakfast the second day, I was really disappointed as I left the place.

"Expedia is the problem!!! Terrible customer service making a single Dad pay for nights they didn't stay, when the hotel staff said is was fine to check out early without penalty. My card was charged for 2 nights thru Expedia and I paid separately for Thursday night as our baseball tournament started earlier than anticipated and ended earlier than anticipated too. $250 for one night at this hotel is gauging. This is a $120 a night hotel maximum."

"It was clean for the most part but don’t look to close cause it definitely needs a deep clean. But then to start it was a busy weekend but I don’t care you know ahead if you are fully booked. They had NO towels and gave us hands towels to use for showers, no pool towels, ran out of TP, and part of the weekend NO breakfast cause they ran out of supplies! We are paying for the amenities so I expect to have them. Go drive to Walmart or call a sister hotel to get more supplies . I’m not usually hard...

"The room was fine, and had a microwave and fridge. The shower was slippery, and water splashed everywhere because there was nothing separating it from the floor. The residents staying there would make most people uncomfortable. I believe several of them lived there. There was a lot of traffic in and out; people were sleeping in their cars, and working on cars in the parking lot."

"Hotel was clean enough. But not CLEAN. The dust was noticeable on fixtures in the hallway, elevator was dirty. Pool tiles were missing and had a film on them. Bathroom sink was clean but shower had mold. Bed was super comfy. Pillows were great. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if passing through, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay there."

"The rooms are ok but the staff is great, especially Amber, and if you get a good housekeeper that’s huge. They offer a nice breakfast but not many dairy free options so I was unable to enjoy it. No dairy free milks, yogurts, or fresh fruits if you are vegan or have a dairy allergy and that’s a bummer however they do have around the clock hot coffee which was a bonus."
