Don't Judge Book By Cover

Well situated within easy reach of Hyannis and both quiet and busy beaches, restaurants etc. Outside shabby from main road, even for approaching end of season HOWEVER EXCELLENT service, super clean, good amenities and very good location, visitors well spaced, A surprise Gem

The bed was king size. They initially put a queen top sheet on the mattress. After I said this to the housekeepers they found a king fitted sheet. Shower curtain should have been replaced at least 9 months ago. The house keepers did their best to correct issues but they need support of management. I will not return.

Don't stay there

We were greeted by a friendly receptionist and given directions to our room. The room was clean and comfortable and we decided to check our the jacuzzi. The pool and the jacuzzi were filled with kids and parents. It had a thick layer of sand on the bottom. After 10 minutes , parents left and the kids continued playing in the jacuzzi ignoring my request to call their parents. I saw an 11-years old girl coming out of the men's sauna. I was concerned, Many people live in the hotel and they really don't care if you are there on vacation trying to rest. Many of the permanent residents are smoker so the smoke can be felt in all areas including our room and the pool. Our neighbors were having an online meeting outside after 10 pm while smoking. We felt and heard it all. The window had a crack and perhaps the smoke were going through it. It wasn't fun.

We were given a handicap room which was not the issue.The front desk knew the condition of the room so I honestly believe it was given to use out of spit.The reason I say so: Originally they couldn't find our reservation because I said it was under my name but we actually booked the place under my wife's name.We took what they gave us.It was a second floor back of the place with a view of the dumpster.I then grabbed my phone, which I originally left in the car when first checking in I then went back to the front desk and informed them of my error. The price ended up being a whole day less booking with Expedia. I know she didn't appreciate that & the extra work.I could see it in her face. So she stuck us in the worst room in the place in my estimation. There was an air freshener & that was the first thing I noticed. We were in a mold infested room. The furniture smelled horrible when you opened the drawers. The floor was laminate faux wood. The bathroom had mold in the grout & the caulking was done so amazingly amateurish. The floor were disgustingly dirty. I even politely mentioned it to housekeeping. I reserve my opinion on them. I even went to the front desk on our last night of stay & asked for a replacement of the Air Wick liquid despenser & mentioned the condition of the room. They didn't offer to change our room. I've been around the world 4X, India, all of the Caribbean, all of Asia from Hong Kong to Thailand. This place discriminates against people of color!

We loved having the balcony to enjoy at night before bed and in the morning with our caffeine! My only complaint is that I wish there had been a coffeemaker in the room but it really wasn’t a huge deal that there wasn’t.

Location of property is very convenient to nearby attractions and beaches! We stayed for 3 days and was comfortable. Hotel could use some updates both interior and exterior! Staff were nice and friendly.

Out dated.The floor was very slippery when I walked in the room.The place needs total renovations. Also,someone entered the room with a do not disturb sign outside the door. It did look like their were people living there. 😞

They (or you, if aware of the poor conditions) had a nerve charging $190 a night for one of the worst places I've ever stayed. The front window had a broken screen; room was musty; the one chair was filthy, no outlet close to my bed; interior light didn't work; no coffee pot; shower water came out brown--let it run until it cleared; no towel rack to hang even a hand towel; curtain wouldn't close fully. There was a group two doors down with an outside table set up and grill out in the parking lot, which lead to a late-night party, loud talking and laughter. I called the front desk who said they'd speak to them; it got quieter for about 15 minutes and I started to doze, but got woke with more loud noise that was ongoing. I was concerned that if I called again they may get angry (not knowing how much alcohol was involved) or that they might even damage my car which two of them had seen me get out of and go into my room. As I was already changed for bed and quite worn out, I opted to stay put. If I'd known before I went out to dinner next door about them, I'd have asked for a different room, but imagine conditions wouldn't be any better than the room I was in. I find it a questionable practice to charge people more money who find themselves in need of a last-minute room; ought to be a set price to be fair. Completely terrible experience!
