West Yarmouth Escape

Summary:
Welcome to this totally renovated and sunny home in West Yarmouth, just a short distance to any of 3 local beaches.

You will love the beautifully appointed one-floor living this home offers. The open floor for the kitchen, dining room, and living room with large screen tv allows for lots of conversations. Choose from the main bedroom with a queen bed and a guest bedroom with a queen bed, or the bunk room with a double bed and twin bunks, sleeping up to 4. Pack 'n play and high chair included.

The Space:
This is a one-level home with 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. There is a den off the kitchen with access via a slider to the backyard. There is also a slider off the dining room, which is open to the kitchen. The living room is bright, has the HD Smart Tv in it and provides a variety of seating. Laundry is in the basement which is clean and dry.

The basement adds great extra living space, ideal for a home office, playroom, or storage. Please note that it is not designated as sleeping space.

Guest Access:
You will enjoy access to the entire home.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet and centrally located to beaches, restaurants and entertainment. There is a little park at the west end of the road, and a fresh water pond within walking distance.

Getting Around:
Car will be best, but there are restaurants and entertainment within a short distance.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that linens and bath and kitchen towels are provided. Beach towels are not. Please plan to bring your own. Sandy towels, etc are not allowed in the washer/ dryer.

Disclaimer: If a remote control is lost, you will be responsible for covering a replacement cost of $75, in addition to the cost of the remote itself.

Interaction with Guests:
