"Very clean property. Very well stocked kitchen. More than enough room in the bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. Hot tub was super easy to use to warm up. Very large backyard for a nice bonfire. Nice and quiet location about 15 mins from Ellicottville. Could not ask for a nicer place in that area!"
