Home and floor plan nearly identical to another one of our very popular homes, VRBO listing #2386961, but these are two separate listings!

We have 4 other Keowee lakefront homes on VRBO, listing numbers 2386961, 2065001, 1714451, and 745196. We have been personally managing our Lake Keowee vacation rentals since 2014, so you can feel comfortable booking our home.

Welcome to what is unquestionably one of the premier vacation rentals on Lake Keowee. Brand new high end construction with all top of the line construction and designed to maximize the amazing views of Lake Keowee. Home is situated nearly level to the water, and situated a mere 50 feet from the shores of Keowee. This results in an amazing combination of wonderful expansive 180+ degree lake views, but minimal effort to get to and from the huge 1000 square foot covered dock, with 10-12 feet deep water at the dock. The lot is also in a wooded cove with a no-wake buoy, so there is minimal boat traffic or waves to deal with, leading to a very peaceful serene experience. The home boasts 5 large private bedrooms, all with ensuite baths, and two huge living areas, on three separate levels, so there is plenty of privacy, but also plenty of space for gatherings. We have just added a bunk room with two twins over two queens, a perfect kid's space. 6th full bathroom also on the lower level. The home has also maximized the outdoor living areas, with over 1200 square feet of covered patio and deck space and 2 outdoor stone fireplaces with gas logs.

The front of the home is a combination of board and batten siding, authentic stone, metal accents, with inviting entry in a Modern Farmhouse/Craftsman style. As you enter the home, you are greeted by an expansive open floor plan with a 25 foot wide wall of windows showcasing the expansive lake views. The gorgeous gourmet kitchen has upgraded appliances, 6 burner gas range, oversized refrigerator and a huge island with bar seating. We have tried to stock the kitchen with everything you could possibly need. We have a blender, toaster oven with air fry option, combination Keurig/coffee pot Cuisinart coffee maker, pots and pans, crock pot, spice rack, and many other items! The kitchen flows seamlessly into the huge open living area. This area contains a dining area with seating for 10 (plus bar seating). Beside the dining area is a large living area with modern white brick fireplace, gas logs, huge television, and abundant seating perfect for gathering.

This home is modern in every way, including technologically. The home has 9 Smart TVs, all brand new, with Directv on 8 TV's. Netflix, Prime Video, and numerous other Apps available on all TVs.

From the living area, there are two sets of expansive sliders leading to the back porch, which is a mere 50 feet from the shore. This entire porch is covered, and has multiple fans and abundant comfortable high end Polywood furniture, so you can enjoy the outdoor areas even on the warmest summer days. There is a beautiful gas fireplace, perfect for gathering on cool evenings as well. Rather than windows, the entire rear of the home consists of 6 glass sliders, 4 triple sliders and 2 huge quad sliders, which allows the inside to seamlessly mesh with the outside of the home.

The master bedroom is on the main floor, and has comfortable luxury king bedding, flat screen tv, expansive lake views, direct access to the porch, and and oversized bathroom with dual vanities, large glass and marble shower, and separate free standing tub.

The second bedroom on the main floor has the same king bedding, television, and private ensuite bath with blue glass tile and gold fixtures. A beautiful handmade light blue barn door can be closed to create a private oasis for the lucky guests occupying this room.

The second floor provides a quiet retreat with two bedrooms, both private suites with private baths. One bedroom is oversized and has two queen beds, television, and large bathroom. The other bedroom has king bedding, television, and large bathroom. Both rooms are quite large, and both have beautiful elevated lake views. There is also a cozy reading nook and writing desk upstairs between the bedrooms.

The terrace level has a second master, nearly identical to the main level master, with expansive lake views, oversized bath and closet, television and luxury king bedding. Sliders lead to a private lakeside sitting area. There is a 6th bedroom on this level as well, a custom bunk room with two Twin beds over two Queen beds. There are built in outlets, lights, and shelves and a 50 inch TV. Truly a kids' (or adults'...) paradise! The terrace level also has a 6th full bath. This level has an enormous recreation room, with pool table area, built in bar with additional refrigerator, sink and commercial ice maker, and huge seating area with comfortable sectional, stone fireplace with gas logs, and huge TV. This area is perfect for movie night, watching football games, and relaxing. Similar to the main level, nearly the entire back wall of this room is glass and affords amazing Keowee views.

Stepping outside the terrace level, there is a covered porch with second stone fireplace and gas logs. Yes, there are four sets of gas logs and 4 stone or brick fireplaces! There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a great day on the water. This property is very unusual for Lake Keowee, in that the back yard is nearly flat, and it only takes a few steps on the flagstone path to get to the shoreline. The path leads to the oversized covered dock, perfect for soaking up sun, and large enough to dock any boats or jet skis you bring or rent, and 10-12 feet of deep crystal clear water at the dock. Guests are free to dock boats and/or jet skis in the slip or on the sides. Plenty of room for multiple vessels. We provide two stand up paddle boards and two kayaks for our guests to use free of charge.

Finally, the home has an oversized two car garage for our guests to use as well, and the grounds are manicured to perfection!

All furniture, bedding, appliances, linens (everything in the house) is brand new, purchased new at the time of construction. This home is truly a Lake Keowee gem, head and shoulders above other vacation rentals on the lake.
