Our First East Coast Extended Stay

We usually stay on the West Coast; but both of us really enjoyed the West Palm Beach location.We were no more than 20 minutes away from all the activities that we most enjoy: Beautiful municipal beaches, golf courses, museums etc.,,,The condo is a smaller space, but very well organized with lots of closet and drawer space and a large shower and vanity..We were delighted that the condo was well stocked with all of the necessary items for bath, kitchen and laundry.The induction cooktop in the kitchen took a little getting used to and the instructions booklet for the cooktop was not well written.At home, we also live by the water, so we know flour and sugary items have to be kept in the refrigerator or in airtight containers to avoid attracting unwanted ants,We really enjoyed having our morning coffee outside on the small front patio that is surrounded by a privacy fence. We used that space for our dinners which we enjoyed very much. The parking space for the unit is also very convenient.the owner was very kind and accommodating and available to us for any questions or concerns. We had beautiful weather and a fabulous time with nearby friends and family!TWO EAST COAST CONVERTS!

An employee recently stayed at a VRBO rental, and we were thoroughly impressed by the owner's responsiveness. Great little condo

This property was a nice condo with 2 rooms, a living/kitchen area and a bedroom. The property was clean and supplied with everything you need, dishes, pots, silverware, foil, plastic wrap, toaster, coffee maker, cleaning supplies and washer and dryer. The rooms were decorated nicely and the couch and bed were very comfortable. There is a large bathroom with a great shower. The condo was located close to downtown West Palm Beach and lots of shopping. It was about 20 minutes to several beaches. The outdoor area including the pool was in need of some upkeep. Several pool chairs were broken along with pool lighting but that is not the hosts fault. The condo is close to Route 95 and was loud if you were outside, but didn't bother us inside the condo. If in the area again we would stay at this condo.

Great Trip

We called Vi about an early check-in as we were suppose to arrive at 9:am in Florida. She was kind enough to check with management and granted our request. Condo is located in large community of families and younger adults. Safety was not an issue and there was not noisy. The bed was comfortable and we aways want to do laundry where we stay. The condo was clean and we did have some problems with the toilet but didnt tell Vi until we were leaving. She thanked us for telling her. The condo is close to the freeway and convenient.

Perfect Privacy

Property was clean, easy to get to and in a nice area. Very private, very cosy. No neighbour noise at all, and the nearby road was not something I noticed often at all. Owner was very responsive to questions and very helpful. Would happily stay again.

Too expensive for nothing

I felt uncomfortable living there . The place was hidden in the corner . Too many bugs . I had to bring spray to spray the place . I The place had everything in it and it looked clean but it felt gross to stay there. I wish I stayed in a hotel instead .. if I would have gotten a refund I would have left but I got stuck and I left as soon as I could.

Perfect VRBO in W Palm Beach

My daughter stayed at this lovely condo while she was doing one of her medical school rotations in W Palm Beach. She loved it! The condo was clean, safe, close to great restaurants & shopping & not far from the beach! Really a wonderful experience!

Best stay I could have imagined

Apartment is immaculate, host is extremely generous and responsive. I wouldn’t mind living there permanently. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I’m so glad I got to spend a month at Vi’s place. Worth every penny.

Great Location

A very nice single bedroom unit with all the amenities needed for an extended stay plus a beautifully renovated bathroom. I was in the area for business reasons and the property's location was idea for my commute as well as being very convenient for the time we spent visiting other areas of wonderful Pam Beach County.

The property was perfect for us.

My husband and I needed a place to stay for 30 days until our closing. The property is cute and comfortable. It has a nice patio to relax in if you want to stay in since everyone has to be careful due to COVID. The owner provided us with enough toiletries. You are nearby Palm Beach and it’s beautiful. Lots of restaurants and the you can walk around the inter coastal. So relaxing. They also have the outlets near by. The owner is friendly and always accommodating. I highly recommend this property. Thank you.

Accommodation exactly as advertised!

The apartment was very clean and even though it wasn’t listed we had everything we needed from soaps, shampoo, TP, paper towels, laundry soap etc. We had a problem with the fridge but Vi was extremely accommodating and had a new one on order but Unfortunately due to the Covid19 outbreak we were called back to Canada and after 5 days of a 14 day stay. Vi offered us a week free in the future if lieu. I would recommend this place! Thanks Vi for the BBQ. We used it a few times and it was perfect! The timing of our trip was bad.
