Linda was a great host, the villa is very nice, and the garden is magnificent. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would certainly recommend Linda and the property.

Charming and delightful! Not just super clean, but welcoming. Linda was gracious and hospitable throughout. The location is also fabulous…nestled amongst gentrified historic homes, close to the water and parks, and lots of good dining choices nearby.

Winter get away

Small inviting and relaxing spot to get away from the hustle and bustle yet still be within minutes of numerous beaches, parks, attractions and local shops. Good mini vacation hub with a very nice host.

Beautiful garden area

It was myself and my daughter that stayed here. Everything was perfect and Linda was an amazing host and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. Highly recommend staying here.

Had a late arrival due to a delayed flight, property was vary hard to locate at night, house numbers are hard to see from the street. Room was clean, after a late night awakened early by the lawn crew equipment, that was OK but when they left they locked the gate from the outside locking me in. Need to be able to lock and unlock the gate from inside for guest.

Charming little bungalow

This was perfect for a short term stay. It's small but cozy, clean and nicely situated. Landlord was very friendly and helpful. Backyard was peaceful. Enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Close to everything, even had water and tea in the fridge. Fresh so you know no one left it or did anything to the jugs. Would recommend to others and use this location again

Property was amazing. Owner was so easy to communicate with and so helpful. It's a great bargain staying there. Will definitely rent again if we go to West Palm Beach area.

A Cute Stucco Beach Getaway

This quaint little house was perfect for me & my little service dog. It was very clean with many extras & the property manager was very friendly & helpful. I hope I get the chance to return very soon!

Beautiful getaway in WPB

Fantastic stay at Linda’s place. This was exactly what I needed - close to Palm Beach and nice not having to stay in a hotel. Linda is an incredible host and makes you feel completely at home. The backyard is a little oasis perfect for breakfast and afternoon tea. Thanks Linda for all the help and advice! Looking forward to the next stay with you!

Loved the location, quiet neighborhood. Owner super sweet. Yard beautiful, perfect for early morning coffee. Bed was comfy! Perfect for my needs. I'll be back, I'm sure.

Tuscan Villa West Palm Beach

Really enjoyed staying at this location in West Palm Beach. Cute accommodations with a separate entrance. Very quiet and secluded but was very convenient for everything I wanted to do in the area. I really liked the neighborhood vibe, not cookie cutter with a bunch of franchises. The host, Linda, was great and communication was excellent. Good for a single or a couple.

Unique!! Linda is a stellar host - always available, extremely respectful of guest privacy; keeps lines of communication open and clear. Very, very safe, secure, quiet and comfortable quarters. (Shower is wonderful!) Great location! Short driving distance to everything (entire West Palm area, Palm Beach, and Palm Beach Municipal Beach, Northwood Historic District and much more.) We had a terrible experience with this vrbo. When we arrived to the room there were bugs everywhere, including dead bugs on the floor, 2 live spiders in the corner of the room, and ants crawling on the floor and in the sink in the bathroom. We understand that it’s humid in Florida and it’s hard to keep everything out, but we were genuinely worried that bugs would be crawling in our things if we left our luggage out. Upon deciding not to stay there (same night of check-in), the host denied us a refund or any kind of compensation even though we did not stay on the property at all. We let the host know that this wasn’t a personal attack, just a comfort and cleanliness issue, but we still received harsh responses and had to pay for a hotel out of pocket. Do NOT stay here!

Cute cottage!

The property is cute and charming! The host is incredibly sweet and accommodating! The hot water heater was out while I stayed, but it wasn’t too much trouble. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the statement “steps to the beach” is quite misleading as I have an injury and the actual distance to the beach is a few blocks so it makes a difference to me. Otherwise my stay was wonderful!

Nice for the Price

Our hostess was present and available on the property at all times. The accommodations were nice for the price. Unit is very small, bathroom is a bit odd in configuration, but workable. Shared backyard is very beautiful, shady and lush with a sweet table for morning coffee or evening wine. Bed was very comfortable, closet was hard to access due to location and there is no dresser to unpack, although there was some shelving that could be used. On street parking in an up and coming area.

Beautiful

I enjoyed everything about my stay, the only thing that was the toilet I had to get a stool to be able to reach. I am 5’2 and couldn’t reach the toilet seat unless stepping in a ledge next to the toilet. No fun, other than that, very clean, quiet, Linda is very nice and kept me posted of the what not to do. I’ll suggest a policy should be posted. Other than that, great place.
