    This boutique property with 3 curated units is located in the heart of West Palm Beach, < 10 minutes to Cityplace, the beach & PBI airport.

    I love to travel so I really love being able to host others at my home now. This is a welcoming space for anyone needing a safe, cozy haven during their time here.

    The mother-in-law suite is attached to the main house. The entrance is on the side of the house, about halfway down the driveway.

    There are 2 additional suites in the back of the property, and I live in the main house most of the year. Overall guests are considerate of one another and it stays pretty quiet.

    While I live in the front, I keep a busy schedule so I won’t be up in your business :) But, I will be right on top of it if you have any issues during your stay!

    Please note - This is an older neighborhood but it is incredibly safe, we have no crime here. The location is incredible, less than a mile to the intracoastal and the bridge @ Mar-a-lago to Palm Beach Island.

    Quick and easy access to Palm Beach Municipal Beach, Lake Worth Beach, and our incredibly charming downtown West Palm Beach. Under 10 minutes to the airport. Uber typically arrives within 5 minutes.

    Washer/Dryer Usage Notice
    Please note that the on-site washer and dryer are available for minimal use, limited to guests staying one week or longer and to be used only during the designated hours:
    Morning: 7 AM - 10 AM
    Evening: 7 PM - 8 PM

    ** Long-term stays: I require cottages to be fully cleaned and sanitized weekly for long term stays. The cleaners will change the towels and bed linens, and respectfully clean around your belongings. Cleaning will take place weekly in the afternoon starting one week from check in date, unless otherwise discussed.

Amazing Safe Stay

We loved this property. Great small place to stay for the night. We felt very safe which I was worried about being a young guest, but had no issues. Lauren always responded very quickly and was very attentive. We loved using the bikes and outdoor seating.

Central location & price were great

I enjoyed my stay at this studio apartment. It was close to the attractions I had wanted to see like Spring Training games, the Palm Beach Zoo, Flagler Museum, Palm Beach, etc. It was also a great price. The proximity to the airport was convenient. The host provided helpful communication and responses to questions.

Immaculate

This studio was so perfect for a solo stay in West Palm. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It is conveniently located near the cutest shopping area, Clemantis St. Only 15 min from Singer Island so you get a little quaint downtown experience plus beach proximity. The pictures are exactly what the place is like. Very very clean and little supplies are available so which was really hospitable. 10/10

I had a fantastic stay at the Salthaus property. I was traveling solo and working remotely during my visit, and this place was the perfect setup for both work and life.The space was spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable — exactly what I needed for focused work during the day. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the overall environment made it easy to settle into a productive routine without distractions.It was nice to dip in the spa/pool. And the backyard gets great sun throughout the day.Salthaus worked beautifully as a home base for the rest of my trip. The location made it easy to head out and see friends and work associates, then come back to a calm, peaceful place to recharge. If you like to walk, there are nice coffee shops and lunch spots within a mile or so.Lauren was a wonderful host — responsive, clear, and thoughtful in her communication, and everything from check-in to check-out was seamless.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property, especially for anyone traveling solo, working remotely, or looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay.

Adorable and clean.

Property was as described, clean and bed was comfy. Anything you need your VRBO to have was there and provided. The only aspect about the property I could criticize was that you have to park in the street. I did find street parking, but I had to look for a few minutes, park and walk with all my bags. Really not that big of a deal though. Otherwise was great and would stay here again.
