"Very nice staff! Would definitely recommend to friends and family, the only downsides were there was a lot of different funky smells to the hotel in different parts and some were definitely unpleasant. Only one elevator was working due to remodel so definitely a lot of cardio to and from the rooms and lobby, and there was already some damages inside of the room. Great breakfast!!! Super fancy for hotel food"

"My wife and I stayed for one night after a wedding we attended because the hotel had many good reviews. We were not impressed. Drive up appeal not good. It was raining and there was no awning to unload at. Lobby was small and unimpressive. Most importantly, there was no elevator to go to our 2nd floor room. Hotel and room were clean with almost a full kitchen, but no cookware, no silverware and, most importantly, no coffee pot. We were awakened at 2am and 5am by guest down the hall banging...

"Very impressed with this hotel. Free happy hour (3 adult drinks each, unlimited kids drinks) and excellent happy hour food. Rooms were spacious and very clean and up-to-date. We were so impressed I joined there rewards program and booked a stay in Atlanta for August. Never heard of Drury Hotels and happy to see that they have hotels in a bunch of states. Highly recommended."

We explain this to the staff and said Expedia would allow a refund if the hotel approved it. The staff said there shouldn’t be any problem because we didn’t stay there and never even use the room. "This hotel was beautiful. The rooms are small but very clean and quiet. I would have given them 5 stars all around but the water heater stopped working. No Hot water from 4 am until we checked out just before 10am. When we called the front desk after 4am we were told others had complained and the maintenance man would be there after 8 am. We were given 20% off the bill but I would rather have a hot shower. The night manger should be authorize to call maintenance in for emergency repairs.
